COCOA Bananas in Raw Chocolate – fuity-sweet combination

Banana pieces wrapped in delicate COCOA chocolate with 70% cocoa content. The combination of sweet bananas with the delicious taste of raw-chocolate is an absolute highlight!

COCOA chocolate is made from raw, unroasted cocoa beans. The cocoa beans are carefully ground and conched at temperatures below 45˚C for over 60 hours. Thanks to this gentle process, many healthy nutrients and high levels of antioxidants are retained. COCOA raw-food chocolates do not contain milk or its derivatives, such as lecithin, gluten, preservatives, flavorings and other "enhancers". They are sweetened with coconut blossom sugar, which gives the chocolate the sweetness and a light caramel taste. Coconut sugar is also suitable as a natural sweetener because it has a low glycemic index (IG 35). All ingredients come from certified organic farming.
