In order to compensate for the bitter taste, the fermented (unroasted) organic cocoa nibs of the Peruvian noble variety Criollo are sweetened and refined with yacon syrup, panela and cocoa mass.

Our cocoa nibs of the noble variety Criollo from Peru are dried, peeled and crushed into splinters after fermentation. Then they are lightly sweetened and refined.
How to use
Enjoy as a snack on its own or sprinkle it on muesli and fruit salad.
