COCOA is a likeable and innovative raw food chocolate producer from Poland. The company, founded in 2010, today produces delicious chocolate bars, chocolate fruits and nuts with 20 employees.
COCOA chocolate is made according to the bean-to-bar philosophy from raw, unroasted cocoa beans. The cocoa beans are carefully ground and conched at temperatures below 45˚C for over 60 hours. Thanks to this gentle process, the chocolate gets its unique, delicate enamel. In addition, many high-quality micronutrients of the cocoa bean and the high content of antioxidants are retained. COCOA raw-food chocolates contain no milk or derivatives, such as lecithin, gluten, preservatives, flavorings and other "enhancers". They are sweetened with coconut blossom sugar, which gives the chocolate the sweetness and a light caramel taste. Coconut sugar is also suitable as a natural sweetener because it has a low glycemic index (IG 35). All ingredients come from certified organic farming.
We are a big fan of COCOA products, because despite the raw food quality, the chocolate is extremely tender and the combination is extremely delicious.
