What makes our organic elderberries special?

Pearls of Samarkand organic elderberries are:

  • 100% pure organic nature
  • without artificial additives such as preservatives, acidifiers, sweeteners or colorings
  • gently processed and sun-dried
  • laser cleaned and specially selected
  • vegan
  • raw food
  • unsulphured and unoiled

These elderberries have a very intense and fruity-sour taste. The berries are dark blue on the outside and inside and the outer skin shimmers violet, which is why they are often used for coloring purposes. In consistency, comparable to other small berries, they are soft to slightly crunchy.

Why consume organic elderberries?

Elderberries are rich in vitamins C and B and the coloring agent in elderberries (sambucyanin) is one of the flavonoids, which are secondary plant substances.

The anthocyanidins protect our cells from free radicals, which in turn can slow down our human aging process. The polyphenols it contains can have a positive effect on vascular damage.

Folk medicine has known many uses for elderberries for centuries. Since we as dealers are not allowed to make any health promises, we ask you to look for further information on health benefits in specialist literature or on the Internet.
