Have you ever tasted a sweet and savory curcuma? This warms the body from inside, protects it and is quickly prepared. Ingredients:
- 2dl cow or plant milk
- 1/2 TL turmeric powder (frequent users can also take 1 TL)
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Agave or Yacon Dicks
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Heat all the ingredients in a small frying pan and leave for 10 minutes.
