Payment Methods

Large selection of payment methods

We offer our customers all common payment methods in Switzerland. Just choose what works best for you.

a) Invoice

Customers with billing and delivery addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein can pay on account. When paying by invoice, a fee may be incurred, which is specified when the order is placed in the online shop.

The following applies: Payment within a payment period of 10 days after receipt of the goods and the invoice with the associated payment slip or bank transfer stating the invoice number and invoice date to the specified bank account.

Default occurs automatically after the payment period has expired. BioSamara GmbH charges reminder fees of CHF 25 per reminder from the 2nd reminder. The open invoice amount plus any reminder fees and interest can be transferred or assigned to a collection company for the purpose of collection. Furthermore, the customer is obliged to reimburse all costs incurred by BioSamara GmbH or the debt collection company as a result of the default in payment.

b) TWINT

TWINT is a Swiss payment system for cashless payments. The TWINT app is simple and clear.

c) PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance and Credit Card Mastercard and Visa via Postfinance

We accept payments with PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance and Mastercard and Visa via Postfinance. When paying via Postfinance, the customer pays the fees incurred and shown when the order is placed in the online shop.

d) Credit Card via Paypal: Mastercard and Visa

We accept payments with Mastercard and Visa via PayPal. PayPal is an independent payment provider and you do not have to be a member of PayPal to process payments with credit cards. When paying via PayPal, the customer pays a payment fee for the fees incurred and shown in the online shop when the order is placed. (More information at www.paypal.ch)

e) PayPal-Credit

We accept payments with PayPal credit. When paying via PayPal, the customer pays the fees incurred and shown in the online shop when the order is placed. (More information at www.paypal.ch)

f) Cash on collection from our warehouse

Orders placed by 2 p.m. can be picked up from 9 a.m. on the following day at the earliest.

For security reasons, first orders of CHF 250 or more must be paid in advance in cash or online. Otherwise an invoice is also possible.

Orders cannot be changed on site when they are picked up from the warehouse.
