There is no right of return for opened food and goods packages.
Preliminary clarification for a return delivery: Please contact the BioSamara GmbH customer service department by phone, here using the form or by e-mail for a preliminary clarification before you send the goods back to us. We do not accept returns without our prior consent. The customer pays for the return delivery. A credit will be issued for the value of the goods after the goods have been returned and inspected. Credits and exchanges are only possible within 7 days after receipt of the goods.
Right of return: We grant a right of return on all products within 14 days after receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned unopened, in perfect original packaging and with sufficient postage. With the return, you inform us in writing whether you would like a credit to the customer account or another delivery for the value of the goods. A difference on the new invoice amount is either booked as a credit note or invoiced.
