An analysis carried out by Pearls of Samarkand provided proof of the sensational amount of vital nutrients in the sand dorn. The berries have a very high omega-7 fatty acid and B12 content. This high content is presumably only found in Uzbekian wild-bred organic sanddorn. Cultivated sanddorn usually shows much deeper values and vitamin B12 in plant foods is very rare at all! Omega 7 inhibits inflammatory processes in the body and thus has a positive effect on our body with many illness-related phenomena.
In dried sand thorn, the same vital nutrients and nutrients are found in fresh sanddorn, only in concentrated form because the water has been removed.

In the dry desert climate the sanddorn grows very slowly and develops only very small fruits. The area is a large area of organic certification and is managed by farmers living there only during harvest time. The farmers in this region have been working for many years on organic cultivation criteria and are proud of their contribution to the conservation of nature.
When fully ripe, the wild sanddorn berries are hand-picked, washed and gently dried with the help of the sun. The drying method used is a very environmentally friendly solar drying method, which is extremely product-friendly. For 100g of dried organic sanddorn berries, 1kg of fresh fruit is needed.
