COCOA cashew nuts in raw coffee chocolate

COCOA chocolate is made from raw, unroasted cocoa beans. The cocoa beans are carefully ground and conched for over 60 hours at a temperature below 45˚C. Thanks to this gentle process , many healthy nutrients and the high antioxidant content are retained. COCOA raw food chocolates contain no milk or its derivatives, such as lecithin, gluten, preservatives, flavourings and other "enhancers". They are sweetened with coconut blossom sugar, which gives the chocolate its sweetness and a light caramel flavour. Coconut blossom sugar is also suitable as a natural sweetener because it has a low glycaemic index (IG 35). All ingredients come from certified organic farming.

Ingredients: Cashew nuts 50%,chocolate 50% (unroasted cocoa nibs, coconut blossom sugar, cocoa butter, coffee). Cocoa content at least 70%. All ingredients from organic farming.

Information for allergy sufferers: May contain traces of peanuts and edible nuts. Lactose-free, gluten-free, soya-free, palm oil-free.

Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Store in a dry and cool place, protect from heat.
