This delicious creation from COCOA with delicious organic raw food chocolate and whole hazelnuts is our tip! Thanks to the unique recipe with gently freeze-dried coconut milk powder, the chocolate is mild and creamy, but also completely vegan and free from soya or other milk substitutes. The cocoa content is 52%.

Why we love COCOA chocolate

COCOA organic raw food chocolate is made from raw, unroasted cocoa beans. The cocoa beans are carefully ground and conched for over 60 hours at a temperature below 45˚C. Thanks to this gentle process, many healthy nutrients and the high antioxidant content are retained. COCOA raw food chocolates contain no milk or its derivatives, such as lecithin, gluten, preservatives, flavourings and other "enhancers".

They are sweetened with coconut blossom sugar, which gives the chocolate its sweetness and a light caramel flavour. Coconut blossom sugar is also suitable as a natural sweetener because it has a low glycaemic index (GI 35). All ingredients come from certified organic farming.

Supplement: The coconut milk powder contains traces (less than 2%) of maltodextrin, which is not declared by the producer. Maltodextrin is a water-soluble carbohydrate mixture produced by the hydrolysis of starch. It helps to ensure that the coconut milk powder retains the right consistency and does not clump together.
