COCOA almonds in raw chocolate

COCOA chocolate is made from raw, unroasted cocoa beans. The cocoa beans are carefully ground and conched for over 60 hours at a temperature below 45˚C. Thanks to this gentle process , many healthy nutrients and the high antioxidant content are retained. COCOA raw food chocolates contain no milk or its derivatives, such as lecithin, gluten, preservatives, flavourings and other "enhancers". They are sweetened with coconut blossom sugar, which gives the chocolate its sweetness and a light caramel flavour. Coconut blossom sugar is also suitable as a natural sweetener because it has a low glycaemic index (IG 35). All ingredients come from certified organic farming.

Contents: chocolate 65% (cocoa beans*, coconut blossom sugar*, cocoa butter*, cocoa mass content min. 65%), almonds* 35%. *Raw food and from organic farming.
