COCOA white chocolate with cinnamon - advent feeling all year round

This winter creation from COCOA tastes wonderful all year round. It combines wonderfully fragrant cinnamon with smooth, creamy white* chocolate.

*The colour of the chocolate bar is light brown due to the coconut blossom sugar used as a sweetener.

However, thanks to the unique recipe with gently freeze-dried coconut milk powder, it is completely vegan and free from soya or other milk substitutes. The cocoa content (only cocoa butter, as it is white chocolate) is 36%.

COCOA organic raw food chocolate is made from raw, unroasted cocoa beans. The cocoa beans are carefully ground and conched for over 60 hours at a temperature below 45˚C. Thanks to this gentle process , many healthy nutrients and the high antioxidant content are retained. COCOA raw food chocolates contain no milk or its derivatives, such as lecithin, gluten, preservatives, flavourings and other "enhancers". They are sweetened with coconut blossom sugar, which gives the chocolate its sweetness and a light caramel flavour. Coconut blossom sugar is also suitable as a natural sweetener because it has a low glycaemic index (GI 35). All ingredients come from certified organic farming.
