Shipping in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Swiss PostPac Economy or Priority
Dispatch takes place from Monday to Friday with Swiss Post and, if the order is received by 3 p.m., is usually delivered to you on the next working day but one (Economy) or on the next working day (Priority). However, Swiss Post does not guarantee delivery dates. Saturday deliveries are not possible with PostPac Economy and Priority.
The shipping costs are calculated according to the shipping method and shown at the end of the order. The costs are independent of the parcel weight:
- PostPac Economy (B Mail) CHF 8.50
- PostPac Priority (A Mail) CHF 10.50
From an order value of CHF 100, shipping with PostPac Economy is free of charge. With PostPac Priority, shipping is free from an order value of CHF 200.
Additional service SIGNATURE
The SIGNATURE additional service is available for both PostPac Economy and Priority. The parcel is insured up to CHF 1,500 and will only be handed over against signature. The surcharge for SIGNATURE is CHF 2.
If you are not at home, a collection invitation will be placed in your letterbox. With this and an official ID, you can collect the parcel from the specified post office the following day. Please note the specified deadline. Swiss Post offers you various services free of charge, including a second delivery (on a day that suits you) or the option of extending the collection period. Swiss-Express "Moon"
Swiss-Express Moon is available as a dispatch option for orders from Monday to Friday until 3 pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
With Swiss-Express Moon, the parcel will be delivered on the next working day (including Saturday) by 9 a.m. at the latest. This applies to the whole of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein (excluding Samnaun). The costs are CHF 16 regardless of weight and order volume.
Collection from our warehouse
Orders placed before 3 p.m. can be collected from the warehouse from 9 a.m. the following day.
For security reasons, the first order over CHF 100 must be paid in advance in cash or online. Otherwise, you can choose between cash payment, TWINT and invoice.
Orders cannot be amended on site when collected from the warehouse.
Our warehouse (link to map from Google Maps) is located at the Ancora-Meilestei Foundation, Werkstrasse 3, 8620 Wetzikon.
Opening hours of the warehouse are:
Monday - Thursday 9am-12pm and 1pm-5pm
Friday 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm
Signposts and buildings are labelled "Stiftung Ancora-Meilestei".
Shipping to EU countries
For legal and logistical reasons, shipping to EU countries is unfortunately not possible.
