Dispatch Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Swiss PostPac Economy or Priority
The dispatch takes place Monday to Friday with the Swiss Post and is usually received by 3 p.m. on the next working day (Economy) or the next working day (Priority). However, Swiss Post does not guarantee delivery dates. Saturday additions are not possible with PostPac Economy and Priority.
The shipping costs are calculated according to the shipping method and shown at the end of the order. Regardless of the package weight costs:
- PostPac Economy (B-Post) CHF 7.-
- PostPac Priority (A-Post) CHF 9.-
From an order value of CHF 100.-, shipping with PostPac Economy is free. With PostPac Priority, free shipping takes place from an order value of CHF 200.-.
If you were unable to receive the package in person, you will find a pickup invitation in the mailbox. Please note the deadline. Swiss Post offers you various services free of charge, including second delivery (on a day that suits you) or the option to extend the collection period. The order must be completed by 2 p.m. The package will be delivered by 9 a.m. on the next working day (Mon-Sat). This applies to all of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein (excluding Samnaun). Swiss-Express Mond is available as a shipping option in the online shop from Monday to Friday. Prices are a flat rate of CHF 16.-.
Pickup at our warehouse in Wetzikon
Orders until 4 p.m. can be collected at the earliest on the following day from 9 a.m. onwards.
For security reasons, the first order above SFR 250.- must be paid in cash or online in advance. Otherwise you can choose between cash payment and invoice.
In case of pickup in the warehouse, orders can not be changed on site.

MO-DO 9.00-12.00 and 13.00-17.00
FR 9.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.00.

Dispatch to countries of the European Union
For legal and logistical reasons, shipping to EU countries is currently not possible.
