Baobab – the African super fruit

Why Baobab Powder?

Baobab has a slightly citrusy, fruity, refreshing taste and is rich in vitamin C and the minerals calcium, potassium, iron and magnesium. Due to its favorable calcium-phosphorus ratio in combination with vitamin C, the bioavailability of calcium and iron is particularly good. Baobab is great for vegans because it's high in calcium - twice as much as milk.

Effect of baobab powder?

The baobab fruit has approx. 50% dietary fiber - half the particularly valuable soluble dietary fiber - and thus supports the intestinal functions and a favorable, regular digestion. Baobab also contains numerous phytonutrients that, as powerful antioxidants, help to protect cells and vessels from free radicals.

What makes our baobab powder special?

Our baobab powder is 100% pure, raw and chemical free. The pod contains the seeds and the naturally dried pulp. The natural fruit powder is separated from the seeds and fibers in a mechanical process.

Origin of our babobab powder

This superfruit is native to Africa. By spreading to the western world, distribution helps African communities reduce poverty while preserving nature. So baobab is good for us, good for Africans and good for the environment.

The African baobab tree (Adansonia digitata) or baobab tree (from Arabic bu-hubub) is a characteristic part of the African savannah. It's also jokingly called the "inverted tree" because it looks like its roots reach up into the sky in a ghostly silhouette. Africans have valued this tree and its fruit for a long time and have given it various names such as tree of life and magic tree. Its thick trunk can store up to 300 liters of water, enabling the tree to survive long periods of drought.

The nutritious fruit powder forms naturally in the ripe fruit pod, which also contains the seeds.

Tips for use in everyday life

We like the taste and use it pure with water and a little sweetener - a real treat. It can be used wonderfully as an ingredient in all cocoa and dessert creations and gives them a delicious, slightly sweet and sour note.

Due to its high pectin content (approx. 25%), baobab powder is particularly suitable for recipes where binding or thickening properties are required. In addition, baobab is a natural flavor enhancer and gives every dish, whether sweet or savory, a special touch.

Baobab also goes well with muesli, in yoghurt, nut milk and as an ingredient in baked goods and desserts (with cocoa). If you like it sweeter, just add a teaspoon of agave syrup.

Recipe with baobab powder

Try a refreshing vitality drink: mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of baobab powder with water and lemon or add it to juice or your favorite smoothie.

Acai Powder Organic
Açai powder: Natural energy from the Amazon Why Consume Açai Powder? The nutrients found in Açai are a wonderful blend of antioxidants, omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, vitamins and proteins. Açai is also very popular with athletes because the berry contains 19 amino acids that stimulate muscle activity, give strength and long-lasting energy. A diet high in antioxidants helps protect and slow the aging process. In Brazil, açai has been a popular fruit for many years, used as fruit puree, in drinks, ice cream and smoothies. The natives of the rainforest have been consuming Açai for thousands of years. What makes our Açai powder special? Our Açai powder from Brazil is 100% natural with no fillers or chemicals. Due to the high fat content of the berries, long transport routes are impossible without a process to increase the shelf life of the fruit. Therefore, the berries are freeze-dried shortly after harvest and then gently ground at low temperatures to a fine powder. The ingredients are preserved as far as possible. Many of the açai powders available on the market are not pure, meaning they are mixed with fillers that reduce its nutritional value. The stronger the purple color of the powder, the more concentrated and pure it is. The shade is therefore a good indicator of the quality of the product. Our açai powder is made from 100% açai berries, with no fillers and is dark purple in colour. How does our Açai powder taste? Açai powder tastes delicious: a delicious, unusual taste! The excellent combination of omega fatty acids and the sustained energy it provides makes açai powder indispensable for us. Where is Açai powder made? Açai is a beautiful deep purple colored berry that grows on tall palm trees along the Amazon River in the Brazilian rainforest. A true gift from Mother Nature! The dark purple color comes from special pigments called anthocyanins, which are powerful antioxidants. Usage Tips This miracle berry can be wonderfully integrated into the daily diet. Açai powder goes well with desserts, many drinks, smoothies, yogurt and sprinkled on muesli. It tastes really good in homemade chocolate and ice cream. Chlorella tablets Taiwan organic
Chlorella Vulgaris Tablets - The Green Wonder Chlorella is a microscopic unicellular algae that occurs naturally in fresh water. It is the oldest form of plant life known to us that has a real cell nucleus. Chlorella has been used and revered as a powerful food in many traditional cultures. Why consume Chlorella? Chlorella provides a veritable flood of nutrients for the body. Minerals, rare trace elements, vitamins (including vitamin D) and a wide range of enzymes (including pepsin). Chlorella consists of 60% complete and easily digestible proteins. Also included are essential fatty acids, nucleic acids (DNA, RNA) important for cell regeneration and phytochemicals such as carotenoids, lutein, astaxanthin and others. Chlorella has the highest chlorophyll content of any known plant, four times that of normal plants! Chlorophyll is also referred to as "green plant blood" because its molecular composition hardly differs from human hemoglobin. What makes our Chlorella tablets special? Our chlorella tablets consist of 100% natural organic chlorella microalgae powder. The tablets are pressed on site from fresh powder and this without any pressing aids or additives. To ensure the high quality requirements, each batch of organic chlorella tablets in Germany is checked for toxins, heavy metals and other contamination by an independent laboratory. Where does our chlorella come from and how is it processed? Our chlorella comes from an algae farm in southern Taiwan, which was the first to be recognized by the German organic farming association Naturland. Laboratory tests have shown that this chlorella is among the cleanest strains of chlorella in the world (along with just one other)! The algae grow outdoors under intense sunlight in pure fresh water of drinking water quality. The cultivation of only strong, healthy microalgae strains guarantees first-class quality. At the time of the highest nutrient density, the microalgae are gently harvested, then pre-centrifuged and spray-dried within 3 seconds in a special process. The hard cell wall of chlorella is gently broken open by a vacuum process to make it easier to digest. During this process, the temperature of the mass does not rise above 40°C -> raw food quality. What Makes Chlorella Unique? Chlorella can quadruple in quantity every 20 hours and no other plant on earth can do that! This is related to something called Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF), a complex of many substances in very small amounts, including RNA, DNA, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, the exact properties of which have not yet been identified. However, laboratory tests showed that the addition of CGF stimulates growth processes by increasing the growth of beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacillus by up to 400%. Because of its nutritional richness, chlorella is one of nature's ideal foods. When you use chlorella along with spirulina, you have near-perfect ratios of all the essential nutrients your body needs. Chlorella has been and still is the subject of intense research. Usage: Chlorella tablets Chlorella can be taken in tablet form or as a powder. The tablets are easier to take, but their quality can be affected by the possible use of binders and heating during manufacture (not applicable to our tablets). Powdered chlorella can be mixed into vegetable and fruit juices or smoothies. It adds a rich, thick texture to any liquid. Chlorella can also be added to foods like cream cheese, mayonnaise, ice cream, pasta, and rice. Recommended amounts of Chlorella tablets: Start with 400 mg (1 tablet) per day and slowly increase as your body adjusts to chlorella. Children and beginners: 1 - 8 tablets per dayAdults: 12 - 15 tablets per day Composition Chlorella tablets 100% chlorella, no tableting aids. Tip
Swiss Sea Buckthorne Syrup
Swiss Sea Buckthorne Syrup - from Europe's most vitamin C-rich berry Harvested from wild sea buckthorn shrubs in the Swiss Alps The orange berries of the sea buckthorn shrub, which are collected in the remote Swiss mountain valleys, attract great attention from experts. The vital substance content is very high, in particular of vitamin C. The vitamin C content was repeatedly tested by the manufacturer in Swiss test laboratories. These resulted in vitamin C values of 18,000 to 22,000 mg / kg of juice. Common values of good plantain varieties are 3000 to 5000 mg / kg of juice. This is 36 to 44 times more than that of fresh orange juice. The richness of its entire ingredients is unmatched. More than 12 vitamins: A, B, C, E, F, H, P, PP, glycosides, flavonoids, saponins, omega-3, -6 and -9 fatty acids, fruit acids and mineral Trace elements are contained in mature mulberry trees. Vitamin C is most effective in natural combination with other vital substances. Sea buckthorn juice also contains Sea buckthorn fruit oil. Swiss sea buckthorn syrup in raw food quality The whole berries are very gently pressed at low temperatures. The very high acid content - due to the high vitamin C content - and the clean processing allow the juice not to be pasteurized and to last for at least 6 months. This keeps all vital substances. The juice is very refreshing due to the vitamin C content and its powerful Sea buckthorn aroma. The high vitamin P content supports the stability and uptake of vitamin C. The harvest and processing of the sea buckthorn berries The berries which grow wildly at about 1000 meters above sea level are harvested by Margrit and Adolf Hartmann by hand in an impassable area in the Valais and the Grisons Oberland. Compared to cultivated plants these berries are smaller, but they are more vitamin rich. Harvest time is between August and October. With electric scissors, the berries are thrown together with the thorny branches and put into big jute bags. The two donkeys "Fiona" and "Meli" help to carry the heavy bags into the valley. The whole processing of the Sea buckthorn berries happens on the farm of the spouses Hartmann in Trans in Domleschg. Sea-buckthorn syrup or juice In contrast to the original juice, which is completely unsatisfactory and very acidic due to the very high vitamin C content, the sea buckthorn syrup is nicely sweetened with fructose and Birnel. The proportion of sea buckthorn fruit in the syrup is still 60%. Note: The berries are wild fruits and come without pesticides and agrochemicals. Due to the very large harvesting area, however, an organic certification can not be financed. Use of the swiss sea buckthorn syrup Sea buckthorn syrup tastes best as an addition to water, tea, yogurt, muesli and desserts. Depending on your personal need, take 1 to 5 tablespoons daily. Sizes Swiss sea buckthorn syrup is available in the 650g (equivalent to approx. 5dl) and the inexpensive 1kg (equivalent to approx. 7.5dl) bottle! Origin Swiss Alps, Wild collection

The dragon fruit (Pitaya or Pitahaya), originally from Central and South America, is the fruit of a cactus family. Our fruit powder comes from the species “Hylocereus polyrhizus” with red flesh and pink skin. The dragon fruits from Vietnam are freeze-dried in the USA and ground to a fine powder. Raw food quality. The fruit powder is characterized by its high fiber content. The natural pink color makes your food and drinks an optical experience! Lack of organic certification The U.S. producer and this freeze-dried dragon fruit powder are actually certified organic. But organic imports from countries outside the EU must also be recorded in an EU organic system. That is what the percent resp. his organic certification organization unfortunately not made it. That is why we are not allowed to sell it as organic. Ingredients 100% dragon fruit. Use Mix 2 heaped teaspoons (5g) into muesli, yoghurt or smoothie.
