Matcha chocolates from Naturkostbar

Only the best organic ingredients are used for these handmade matcha chocolates. Delicate, stone-ground cashew butter, unroasted cocoa from Peru and coconut blossom sugar merge to create a unique treat. The almond oil, bourbon vanilla and, in this special creation, the delicate matcha green tea powder from Japan, refine the delicacy perfectly.

Making Matcha chocolates

Naturkostbar produces the exquisite Matcha chocolates traditionally and lovingly by hand in its factory in Uetendorf. Selected, organic ingredients (almost all raw food quality) are used. Wherever possible, the raw materials are purchased directly from the producers in the country of origin. The processing is also unique.

The unroasted cocoa beans are sorted by hand and then carefully processed in a stone mill. This takes place over several hours to create a tantalising filling and the delicate chocolate that coats the pralines. Creamy, stone-ground cashew butter is added, which is blended with coconut blossom sugar, almond oil and bourbon vanilla to create a unique flavour. Carefully grown, harvested and processed green tea powder from organic, pesticide-free tea gardens in the south of Japan gives these special chocolates a particularly refined flavour.

Please note: A white coating on the pralines is a natural fat bloom and can occur due to temperature fluctuations. It does not affect the quality. The chocolates are made from 100% natural ingredients and no lecithins are used. Optimum storage at 18°C.

Hazelnut pralines from Naturkostbar - handmade in Switzerland 25% discount: Sale of the current batch with best-before date 28.02.2025 for CHF 10.50 instead of 14.50. The raw hazelnuts from Piedmont and the cocoa beans from mixed cultures merge with a few other high-quality ingredients to create these tempting pralines - a wonderful symbiosis of flavours. The only ingredients used are hazelnut butter, ground cocoa beans, coconut blossom sugar, chopped hazelnuts and vanilla. All ingredients come from controlled organic cultivation. The raw food content is 80%, only the coconut blossom sugar is not raw food due to the process. It all starts with the cocoa bean We process organically certified, high-quality and natural cocoa beans to make our hazelnut praline. The raw beans are lightly fermented and turned daily. Only the best beans meet our high quality standards. Fair trade or direct trade The availability of high-quality raw beans is very limited worldwide. We usually find them from small farmers who plant, cultivate and harvest the cocoa with great effort. In return, they receive a fair payment to ensure sustainability.
