Classic chocolates from Naturkostbar - handmade in Switzerland

Only the best organic ingredients are used for these handmade chocolates. Delicate, stone-ground cashew butter, unroasted cocoa from Peru and coconut blossom sugar melt together in these classic pralines to create a unique treat. The maca powder and bourbon vanilla refine the delicacy perfectly.

Naturkostbar produces the fine Classic chocolates traditionally and lovingly by hand in its factory in Uetendorf. Selected, organic ingredients (almost all of which are of raw food quality) are used. Wherever possible, the raw materials are purchased directly from the producers in the country of origin. The processing is also unique. The unroasted cocoa beans are sorted by hand and then carefully processed in a stone mill. This takes several hours to produce a tempting filling and the delicate chocolate that coats the praline.

Note: A white coating on the pralines is a natural fat bloom and can occur due to temperature fluctuations. It does not affect the quality. The pralines are made from 100% natural ingredients and no lecithins are used. Optimum storage at 18°C.

Coconut pralines from Naturkostbar - handmade in Switzerland Only coconut puree, ground cocoa beans, coconut blossom sugar, coconut oil, agave nectar and vanilla are used as ingredients for the coconut praline. All ingredients come from controlled organic cultivation. The raw food content is 80%, only the coconut blossom sugar is not raw food due to the process. Because sustainable cooperation is important to us. Arrived in Steffisburg To enable us to process the raw cocoa beans, we separate them from the shell using a specially designed process. This process can take several hours, but guarantees the cleanliness and purity of the cocoa to be processed. Cacao & Dates bean-to-bar chocolate from Naturkostbar - handmade in Switzerland This premium chocolate is produced by Naturkostbar in Steffisburg near Thun in raw food quality from organic ingredients. The whole organic cocoa beans are gently stone-ground. The special thing about this creation is that it is sweetened with date sugar and not the usual coconut blossom sugar. Cocoa content 68%. Variety & origin The Criollo cocoa beans used come from the Pasco region in Peru. They give the chocolate a deep, earthy flavour.
