All ingredients come from controlled organic cultivation. The raw food content is 80%, only the coconut blossom sugar is not raw food due to the process. It all starts with the cocoa bean We only buy and process the best raw materials. All raw materials are natural, fairly traded, certified organic and of raw food quality. Light fermentation gives us the desired flavour that makes our chocolate so unique. Fair trade or direct trade Finding quality raw beans is one of the more difficult tasks in our business. Variety and origin Wild cocoa grows deep in the tropical rainforest in the province of Iténez in Bolivia. To protect the jungle with its ancient cocoa trees and animal inhabitants, Marcela and David founded a project in 2001: they showed local farmers living in poverty how they could harvest and ferment some of the valuable cocoa beans in harmony with nature.
