The raw hazelnuts from Piedmont and the cocoa beans from mixed cultures merge with a few other high-quality ingredients to create these tempting pralines - a wonderful symbiosis of flavours. The only ingredients used are hazelnut butter, ground cocoa beans, coconut blossom sugar, chopped hazelnuts and vanilla. All ingredients come from controlled organic cultivation. The raw food content is 80%, only the coconut blossom sugar is not raw food due to the process. It all starts with the cocoa bean We process organically certified, high-quality and natural cocoa beans to make our hazelnut praline. The raw beans are lightly fermented and turned daily. Only the best beans meet our high quality standards. Fair trade or direct trade The availability of high-quality raw beans is very limited worldwide. Variety and origin Wild cocoa grows deep in the tropical rainforest in the province of Iténez in Bolivia.
