The basis for this culinary delight are hand-cracked organic cashew nuts. These are ground slowly in the traditional stone mill until they have a wonderfully fine and creamy consistency. This very gentle processing preserves the valuable nutrients and the natural aroma.
Creme de Carob is sweetened with coconut blossom sugar and refined with almond oil, carob powder and vanilla.
Use
Enjoy cream de carob as a spread, together with fresh or dried fruits and as a super tasty ingredient for desserts or ice cream. Carob fans feast on a spoonful of Creme de Carob in the evening instead of chocolate.
Tip: Mix 1 tablespoon of Creme de Carob with 3dl almond milk or another nutmilk of your choice - tastes just wonderful!
