Product information "Schoko-Drops Peru Bio Naturkostbar 200g"

Couverture Drops edelbitter 68% Bio Naturkostbar

Naturkostbar verwendet hochwertigen Edelkakao.

Cacao paste Criollo Chips Organic
Weight : 250g
Organic Criollo Cacao mass (paste) in practical chips form Because they are always the same size, cacao mass chips (also called cocoa paste or cocoa liquor) are much easier to use/dosage than the broken pieces previously offered and are also suitable, among other things, as a sugar-free chocolate substitute. What makes our cacao mass special? Criollo fine flavor cacao from Peru, which is one of the rarest and best varieties in the world Grown under semi-wild conditions and obtained by finely grinding the beans (raw food quality) Cultivated without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers Very gentle processing that preserves vitamins, minerals, enzymes and countless other substances - for optimal absorption by the body Contains a wealth of antioxidants and the combination of serotonin, dopamine, anandamide and phenetylamine (PEA) has a mood-enhancing effect Rich in magnesium Fine flavor cacao variety Gran Cru Criollo Fine flavor cacao varieties only account for 5-10% of global cacao production. They grow under similar, often almost natural, conditions as they do not tolerate direct sun and thrive alongside other tall rainforest trees. The industrial cacao Forastero, on the other hand, is usually grown in monoculture plantations. As the name already suggests, fine flavor cacao tastes better, finer and less bitter than consumer cacao because, like cacao nibs, it still contains the entire proportion of cacao butter (approx. 55%). Criollo cacao beans are slightly fermented and thus develop their typical cocoa aroma. Why consume cacao? The cacao bean is an amazing food given to us by Mother Nature. It was considered a gift from God by the Aztecs and used not only as an offering but also as a means of payment. It has been determined that raw cacao contains around 300 substances and is one of the foods with the highest antioxidant content! Cacao can therefore make a significant contribution to protecting our cells from free radicals and premature aging. Cacao has the highest magnesium content of any food. Magnesium is important for the heart, brain, to calm and relax nerves and muscles, and to build bones and cartilage. Together with other active ingredients, cacao is an ideal brain food and promotes mental alertness and concentration. Cacao beans contain a combination of substances that have a positive effect on our mood and induce feelings of well-being and joy. And cacao has a lot of sulphur, which is important for strong nails, healthy hair and beautiful, soft skin. What is cacao mass (paste) used for? The cacao mass can be used excellently in all chocolate recipes. Mix cacao paste in smoothies or with ice cream, fruit salad, muesli and desserts. Ideal in combination with cacao butter for fine chocolate creations. Size variants We offer cacao mass Criollo Chips as standard in 250g, 500g and 1kg bags. Do you need large quantities? Cacao Beans Criollo unpeeled organic Our Criollo cacao beans from one of the best fine flavor cacao varieties in the world are raw and 100% pure. Why buy cacao beans? Cacao has all the benefits of chocolate without the undesirable high sugar content and additives. It has been determined that raw cacao contains around 300 substances. Cacao has the highest magnesium content of any food. By the way: The Aztecs regarded cacao beans as a gift from God - not only as an offering, but also as a means of payment. What makes our cacao beans special? Our cacao beans are raw, which means they are only fermented and not roasted. The cacao develops its typical aroma through fermentation. Fine flavor cacao varieties only account for 5-10% of global cacao production. How to integrate into the daily diet? On its own as a snack or sprinkle on muesli and fruit salad. Add to desserts and smoothies. Cacao beans taste particularly good in combination with goji berries or nuts. Cacao beans are practical for on the go and when travelling, as they do not soften in the blazing sun like chocolate. Tip: If more sweetness is preferred, the beans can be dipped in agave syrup or honey. Our favorite is Medjool dates with 1-2 cacao beans in them for a high-energy, stimulating snack. Cacao powder Peru organic
Cacao powder Peru - Low in fat with 10-12% cocoa butter content Update: Due to the cocoa shortage, our supplier was unable to send us 100% Criollo powder. The new batch contains 70% Criollo cocoa (previously 100%). The remaining 30% is Forastero, Trinitario and Nacional. They are also high quality, organically certified and from Peru. That is why our cocoa powder is temporarily called "Cocoa Powder Peru". Our raw cocoa powder originates from the precious cocoa sauce Criollo and has a delicious, full chocolate taste. It is made from unroasted cocoa beans and contains up to twice as much antioxidants as conventional cocoa powder. The gentle processing at low temperatures preserves vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants which can be absorbed so optimally by the body. Cocoa has all the benefits of chocolate, but without the undesirably high sugar content and the additives of commercial chocolate. Raw cocoa has an abundance of antioxidants and the combination of serotonin, dopamine, anandamide and phenetylamine (PEA) illuminates our mood and creates feelings of wellbeing and joy in us. Cocoa is also rich in magnesium. Our cocoa is grown by small farmers in the Amazon rainforest under semi-natural conditions. Why we love Cocoa powder The cocoa bean is an impressive food given to us by Mother Nature. It was regarded by the Aztecs as a gift of God and was used not only as a sacrifice, but also as a means of payment. It has been found that raw cocoa contains about 300 substances and is one of the foods with the highest content of antioxidants! Cocoa can therefore help to protect our cells from free radicals and highly reactive oxygen compounds. They are important to maintain and function the cell. Cocoa has the highest magnesium content of all foods. Magnesium is a component of bones and teeth, plays an important role in energy metabolism and is essential for a normal muscle function and for energy metabolism. Magnesium also plays a role in the skeletal structure and is important in the transmission of stimuli in the nervous system during muscle contraction. Cocoa beans contain a combination of substances that trigger feelings of wellbeing and joy in us. SamaraNatura organic Cocoa powder Criollo Our cocoa powder is made from the Peruvian precious cocoa variety Criollo, one of the world's rarest and best cocoa varieties, and comes from a cooperative in Peru, which dispenses with the use of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers and supplies the largest raw materials stores in the United States and Great Britain. To prepare the powder, the uncooked noble cocoa beans are first ground. The dark-brown viscous cocoa mass produced in this way is compressed by cold pressing to form a cake from which the liquid golden yellow cocoa butter slowly drains. The remaining "cocoa press cake" is subsequently finely ground and sieved through. This process does not require any chemicals, additives or extraction solvents and produces a fine, soft powder with a full, wonderful chocolate flavor. The quality of our organic, fair trade certified Criollo cocoa is of great purity and free from mycotoxins, mold and yeast, and prevents you from experiencing this nervous tension that is associated with the consumption of caffeine-containing foods and drinks. Use Mix cocoa powder to your muesli, smoothies, (hot) milk drinks, protein drinks and teas. As an ingredient for all delicious chocolate creations and desserts. Cacao butter Criollo Chips organic
Cacao Butter Criollo Chips Organic Why buy cacao butter chips? Cacao butter is the solid form of the pure oil from the cacao bean. The cacao bean is an impressive food given to us by Mother Nature. It was considered a gift from God by the Aztecs and was used not only as an offering but also as a means of payment. It is estimated that raw cacao contains more than 300 substances and is one of the foods with the most antioxidants. It enriches many dishes with a wonderful, sensual chocolate flavour and is also excellent for skin care. What makes our Cacao Butter Criollo Chips special? Our cacao butter is 100% pure and of raw food quality. Grown in Peru. No chemicals are used either in cultivation or processing. This cocoa butter is the pure, golden oil from cacao beans. Our cacao butter is made from the particularly fine and rare Criollo cacao variety. Fine flavoured cacao varieties only account for 5-10% of global cacao production. They grow under similar, often almost natural conditions, as they do not tolerate direct sunlight and thrive alongside other tall rainforest trees. Forestero industrial cacao, on the other hand, is usually grown in monoculture plantations. Unlike conventional products, our cocoa butter is never heated above 37°C and therefore has the quality of raw butter. Use of Cacao Butter Criollo Chips in dishes / for recipes As a high-quality fat, cocoa butter enriches smoothies, desserts and ice creams in particular with a wonderful, sensual chocolate flavour. Ideal in combination with cocoa paste or cocoa powder for fine chocolate creations. Raw cocoa butter has a wonderful, delicate chocolate flavour, is versatile and melts at approx. 35°C in any type of recipe. Use of cocoa butter Criollo Chips for skin care Cocoa butter is also suitable for external use as a valuable skin care product (e.g. for dry skin). Due to its high content of antioxidants and skin-protecting substances, cocoa butter is a natural "fountain of youth" for the skin. With a melting point just below body temperature, you can simply glide a piece of cocoa butter over your skin without the need for any additives. Cocoa butter nourishes, absorbs well and gives dry skin a long-lasting, supple feel. And it has a sensual, aphrodisiac scent. A truly sensual oil with a soft, smooth texture and a mild, floral citrus flavour. Unfortunately, cocoa butter can hardly unfold its precious effect in most conventional cosmetic products. This is due to the small quantity, processing at excessively high temperatures and the addition of chemical additives in skin care products. Unlike many cosmetic products, even expensive ones, that contain cocoa butter, our raw cocoa butter has been processed or blended without synthetic and harmful chemicals. This allows raw cocoa butter to fully unfold its precious effect for the natural beauty of our skin. Info: Only crisps still on offer Due to the shift in demand, we now only offer Criollo cocoa butter as crisps. These crisps (also known as coins or drops) are of the same quality as the previously offered pieces and are also made from cocoa beans of the premium Criollo variety from Peru. Bolivia wild 73% Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Naturkostbar Bio
Bolivia wild bean-to-bar chocolate from Naturkostbar - handmade in Switzerland This premium chocolate is an exclusive treat! Experience the authentic flavour of this fine cocoa variety from Bolivia. The bean-to-bar chocolate is produced by Naturkostbar in Steffisburg near Thun in raw food quality from organic ingredients. The unique, fermented (unroasted) organic Bolivian cocoa beans are gently stone-ground for several hours. All organic ingredients Cocoa beans, coconut blossom sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla. Variety and origin Wild cocoa grows deep in the tropical rainforest in the province of Iténez in Bolivia. To protect the jungle with its ancient cocoa trees and animal inhabitants, Marcela and David founded a project in 2001: they showed local farmers living in poverty how they could harvest and ferment some of the valuable cocoa beans in harmony with nature. The area where the cocoa grows is protected. It is not privately owned, but shared land of the local people. In 2006, Marcela and David had the area certified organic. Since then, they have received a lot of international encouragement and financial support. The project can now look forward to a secure future.
