Acai Powder Organic

Update: Both size variants (100g and 250g) acai powder are now from the new batch with best before date 28.02.2027. Açai powder (100% natural): Pure energy from the Amazon Why consume açai powder? The nutrients contained in açai are a wonderful blend of antioxidants, omega-3,-6 and -9 fatty acids, vitamins and proteins. Açai is also very popular with athletes because the berry contains 19 amino acids that stimulate muscle activity, provide strength and long-lasting energy. A diet rich in antioxidants helps to slow down the ageing process. In Brazil, açai has been a popular fruit for many years, used as a fruit puree, in drinks, ice creams and smoothies. The natives of the rainforest have been consuming açai for thousands of years. What makes our açai powder special? Our açai powder from Brazil is 100% natural, without fillers or chemicals. Due to the high fat content of the berries, long transport routes are impossible without a process to increase the shelf life of the fruit. This is why the berries are freeze-dried shortly after harvesting and then gently ground into a fine powder at a low temperature. The ingredients are thus preserved as far as possible. Many of the açai powders available on the market are not pure, i.e. they are mixed with fillers that reduce their nutritional value. The stronger the violet colour of the powder, the more concentrated and purer it is. The colour is therefore a good indicator of the quality of the product. Our açai powder is made from 100% açai berries, without fillers and has a dark purple colour. What does our açai powder taste like? Açai powder tastes delicious: a delicious, unusual flavour! The excellent combination of omega fatty acids and the sustained energy it provides makes açai powder indispensable for us. Where is açai powder made? Açai is a berry with a beautiful intense purple colour that grows in the Brazilian rainforest on tall palm trees along the Amazon. A true gift from Mother Nature! The dark purple colour comes from special pigments called anthocyanins, which are powerful antioxidants. Tips for use This miracle berry can be wonderfully integrated into your daily diet. Açai powder goes well with desserts, many drinks, smoothies, yoghurt and sprinkled on muesli. It tastes great in homemade chocolate and ice cream. Fo-Ti Powder

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Fo-Ti Powder Organic

Fo-Ti powder – Ancient Chinese tonic (100% natural) Fo-Ti is a very popular and highly prized plant in China. Fo-Ti powder is made from the tuberous root of the plant, which grows in the mountains of central and southern China. Along with the goji berry, it is one of the most popular natural products. Fo-Ti is also known as‘He Shou Wu’   , which literally means ‘Mr He with black hair’, referring to an ancient story in which a Mr He was able to restore his vitality, sexual potency and youthful appearance by consuming the plant. Millions of men and women in the Far East use He Shou Wu; they take it for its invigorating properties. Why consume Fo-Ti? The tea has a slightly sweet, earthy flavour and is truly excellent, even as iced tea! If you still don’t like Fo-Ti tea, you can also mix the root powder into your favourite drink. We particularly enjoy drinking Fo-Ti tea during stressful times. What makes our organic Fo-Ti (He Shou Wu) powder special? Our Fo-Ti is processed using traditional methods and is therefore not a raw food product. It is made by slicing the roots shortly after harvest and boiling them in a black bean broth. The roots prepared in this way are then dried and ground into a fine powder. The powder is 100% organic Fo-Ti powder. Some producers also add soya sauce during the cooking process. However, this is not the case with our Fo-Ti powder.  Fo-Ti has been produced in this way for around 1,500 years. This method of preparation gives the root its particularly energising properties. How to use Fo-Ti powder? Half to one teaspoon of powder twice daily, in the morning and in the afternoon. You can mix the powder with hot water or add it to juices, smoothies and other drinks. It also goes well with desserts. Fo-Ti is considered particularly safe in Asia and is suitable for long-term use. Mild digestive disturbances, characterised by loose stools, may occur when using Fo-Ti. However, a reasonable amount rarely leads to such an effect. Astragalus Powder Organic

Organic Astragalus (100% natural) Why is astragalus consumed? Astragalus powder (Astragalus membranaceus) is a foodstuff and is used as part of a balanced diet Perfect for a diet with a high proportion of raw foods: for a vegetarian diet and, in fact, for any other diet Popular for its immune-boosting properties: it can strengthen the immune system and, ideally, protect the body against infections People with inflammatory conditions value the anti-inflammatory properties of astragalus Astragalus may help to improve physical stamina and reduce fatigue. It is also often used as a natural stimulant Anti-ageing superfood: Known for having a positive effect on skin elasticity What makes our astragalus special? We source our top-quality, organically grown astragalus roots from China, where they are awarded the Ecocert organic certification at the point of cultivation Unfortunately, herbs from China are often heavily contaminated with pesticides; this is another reason why organic cultivation and certification are so important to us The roots are processed gently at a low temperature to ensure that all their active ingredients are preserved. Our astragalus powder is processed without the use of heat The importance of astragalus Astragalus has been used and valued by Asian peoples for thousands of years. Chinese herbalists discovered and studied it over 2,000 years ago. Also known as Huang Qi or Mongolian astragalus, this warming root is one of the 60 fundamental herbs in China. Astragalus is one of the most important plants in China. Tips for use We have experimented with astragalus and Fo-Ti (multiflorous knotweed) in both hot and cold drinks. This combination is really good, tastes wonderful and, in our experience, gives the body and mind a boost of energy. The new batch of astragalus powder is no longer slightly sweet, but has a slightly bitter taste. Nevertheless, it can be stirred into juices, smoothies, nut milk or any other drink, whether hot or cold. For a hot drink, boil about 2.4 grams (1 teaspoon) of the ground, dried root in water for a few minutes and then brew the tea. Dragon fruit powder red freeze-dried organic

Red dragon fruit powder (pitaya), freeze-dried from 100% organic dragon fruit Please note: The new batch of freeze-dried dragon fruit powder has already started to clump after just a few months. This is due to the new drying bags not performing to a high enough standard. Until we are able to repackage the new batch (around the end of September), we are selling the current batch at a substantial discount. The clumped powder can still be consumed or used, particularly for making smoothies with a blender and liquid. As an alternative, we continueto offersun-dried organic dragon fruit powder from Nicaragua. This freeze-dried dragon fruit powder has a sweet taste and a bright pink colour. To prevent it from clumping as quickly, we have now included 1–2 food-safe dry bags inside the packaging pouches. We also recommend storing the bag, always tightly sealed, at room temperature. Native to Central and South America, the dragon fruit (pitaya or pitahaya) is the fruit of a cactus plant.
