Moringa powder organic

Product information "Moringa powder organic"

Organic Moringa powder - the super powder from the subtropics

For this high-quality moringa powder, the organic moringa leaves are harvested by hand and dried in special dehydration rooms, protected from the sun and under the best hygienic conditions, at temperatures below 40° C. The leaves are then processed into leaf fragments. The leaves are then crushed and processed into leaf powder. It is important to process the leaves as quickly as possible, as the first signs of decomposition appear just 6 hours after harvesting. This is the only way to retain as many of the nutrients and vital substances as possible.

Why Moringa powder is healthy

Moringa is an incredibly interesting and useful plant. The leaves contain up to 90 different nutrients. It has 7 times more vitamin C than oranges, 4 times more vitamin A than carrots, 3 times more potassium than bananas, 4 times more calcium than milk and 8 essential amino acids. You can find an interesting video about Moringa here:

Camu Camu powder organic
Camu Camu (100% natural) powder with 15% vitamin C content Why consume camu camu powder? Camu Camu contains 2-3g of vitamin C per 100g of fresh fruit and around 10-12g per 100g of dried powder. This may not seem like much compared to synthetic vitamin C supplements, but the vitamin C in camu camu is a naturally occurring, highly bioavailable form and works synergistically in the body to maximise its benefits The camu camu fruit has the highest documented natural vitamin C content of any food on earth Compared to oranges, Camu Camu provides 30-60 times more vitamin C, 10 times more iron, 3 times more niacin, twice as much riboflavin and 50% more phosphorus! We have found that Camu Camu energises, builds and improves mood. It helps us to stay active and in a good mood throughout the day. A pretty amazing effect for such a small berry We all know about the high health value of vitamin C, and since camu camu exists, we can completely do without artificial, synthetic forms. For people like us, who are always on the lookout for what nature has to offer, this is a blessing The berry is 100% natural and a powerful, highly concentrated food Due to its natural origin and in combination with other vitamins, minerals, bioflavonoids and amino acids, the vitamin C contained in camu camu is fully absorbed by the body, which is not the case with synthetic vitamin C What makes our camu camu powder special? SamaraNatura Camu Camu grows wild in the Peruvian Amazon. The berries are harvested directly in boats equipped with freezing systems. The boats travel along the waterways of the Amazon, where the fruit is picked and shock-frozen when fully ripe. The fruit is then thawed, peeled, liquefied and spray-dried in a processing plant The resulting powder is pale pink to yellow-brown in colour and contains powerful ingredients. We receive our camu camu in the form of a pure, unadulterated powder with an orange-light brown colour It takes around 15kg of berries to produce 1kg of powder, which contains 10-12 per cent vitamin C by weight. Therefore, you only need a small amount to get an effective dose of antioxidants Camu camu powder: frequently varying vitamin C content We would like to point out that the vitamin C content of camu camu powder varies greatly. For example, there are also camu camu powders with only 5-6% vitamin C. When making a comparison, pay attention to the vitamin C content, as the lower the content, the cheaper the product should be. Influence on sustainable development of the Amazon basin We also like the fact that the growing popularity of camu camu contributes to the sustainable development of the Amazon basin and helps the locals to maintain their traditional lifestyle. How to use camu camu powder? Like other superfoods, camu camu is very easy to use. Simply mix the powder into your morning smoothie or an afternoon pick-me-up drink. Camu camu has quite an acidic flavour, although it does not have an acidifying effect on the body and is gentler on the stomach than synthetic ascorbic acid. It therefore tastes best when mixed with other ingredients. Add about a quarter to half a teaspoon (2-3g) to juices, smoothies, ice creams, raw desserts or simply in your drinking water. It's a great way to balance the sweetness of fruit smoothies and desserts. Tip: Camunade is a refreshing drink that gives you a good vitamin C boost. Simply sprinkle a teaspoon of Camu Camu into a glass of cold water (sparkling or still), add a squeeze of lime juice and a little sweetener (e.g. agave or yacon syrup) and shake briefly. You can increase the daily amount if necessary (spread the intake throughout the day), but diarrhoea symptoms indicate an excessive intake of camu camu. Acai Powder Organic
Açai powder (100% natural): Pure energy from the Amazon Why consume açai powder? The nutrients contained in açai are a wonderful mixture of antioxidants, omega-3, -6 and -9 fatty acids, vitamins and proteins. Açai is also very popular with athletes because the berry contains 19 amino acids that stimulate muscle activity, provide strength and long-lasting energy. A diet rich in antioxidants helps to slow down the ageing process. In Brazil, açai has been a popular fruit for many years, used as a fruit puree, in drinks, ice creams and smoothies. The natives of the rainforest have been consuming açai for thousands of years. What makes our açai powder special? Our açai powder from Brazil is 100% natural, without fillers or chemicals. Due to the high fat content of the berries, long transport routes are impossible without a process to increase the shelf life of the fruit. This is why the berries are freeze-dried shortly after harvesting and then gently ground into a fine powder at a low temperature. The ingredients are thus preserved as far as possible. Many of the açai powders available on the market are not pure, i.e. they are mixed with fillers that reduce their nutritional value. The stronger the violet colour of the powder, the more concentrated and pure it is. The colour is therefore a good indicator of the quality of the product. Our açai powder is made from 100% açai berries, without fillers and has a dark purple colour. What does our açai powder taste like? Açai powder tastes delicious: a delicious, unusual flavour! The excellent combination of omega fatty acids and the sustained energy it provides makes açai powder indispensable for us. Where is açai powder made? Açai is a berry with a beautiful intense purple colour that grows in the Brazilian rainforest on tall palm trees along the Amazon. A true gift from Mother Nature! The dark purple colour comes from special pigments called anthocyanins, which are powerful antioxidants. Tips for use This miracle berry can be wonderfully integrated into your daily diet. Açai powder goes well with desserts, many drinks, smoothies, yoghurt and sprinkled on muesli. It tastes great in homemade chocolate and ice cream. Baobab powder organic
The African superfruit (100% natural) Why baobab powder? Baobab has a slightly citrusy, fruity and refreshing flavour and is rich in vitamin C and the minerals calcium, potassium, iron and magnesium. Due to its favourable calcium-phosphorus ratio in combination with vitamin C, the bioavailability of calcium and iron is particularly good. Baobab is ideal for vegans as it contains a lot of calcium - twice as much as milk. Effect of baobab powder? The baobab fruit contains approx. 50% fibre - half of which is particularly valuable soluble fibre - and therefore supports intestinal functions and regular digestion. Baobab also contains numerous phytonutrients, which are powerful antioxidants that help to protect cells and blood vessels from free radicals. What makes our baobab powder special? Our baobab powder is 100% pure, raw and chemical-free. The fruit pod contains the seeds and the naturally dried pulp. The natural fruit powder is separated from the seeds and fibres using a mechanical process. Origin of our babobab powder This superfruit originates from Africa. Its distribution in the western world helps African communities to reduce poverty and preserve nature at the same time. So baobab is good for us, good for Africans and good for the environment. The African baobab tree (Adansonia digitata) or baobab tree (from the Arabic bu-hubub) is a characteristic part of the African savannah. It is also jokingly referred to as the "upside-down tree", as it looks as if its roots are sticking up into the sky like a ghostly silhouette. Africans have long valued this tree and its fruit and have given it various names such as the tree of life and the magic tree. Its thick trunk can store up to 300 litres of water, allowing the tree to survive long periods of drought. The nutritious fruit powder forms naturally in the ripe fruit pod, which also contains the seeds. Tips for everyday use We like the flavour and use it pure with water and a little sweetener - a real treat. It is a wonderful ingredient for all cocoa and dessert creations, giving them a delicious, slightly sweet and sour flavour. Due to its high pectin content (approx. 25%), baobab powder is particularly suitable for recipes where binding or thickening properties are required. Baobab is also a natural flavour enhancer and adds a special touch to any dish, whether sweet or savoury. Baobab also goes well with muesli, in yoghurt, nut milk and as an ingredient in baked goods and desserts (with cocoa). If you like it sweeter, simply add a teaspoon of agave syrup. Recipe with baobab powder Try a refreshing vitality drink: mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of baobab powder with water and lemon or add it to juice or your favourite smoothie. Ceylon Cinnamon powder Organic
Organic Ceylon cinnamon powder (100% natural) - premium quality you can taste This premium cinnamon powder from Sri Lanka, the original home of the cinnamon tree, is a fine and pure, particularly intensely flavoured cinnamon powder made from real Ceylon cinnamon! It is without doubt the tastiest and freshest cinnamon powder we have ever tasted. True cinnamon has been used by humans since at least 3000 BC and grows naturally in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India and Burma. Ceylon cinnamon came to Europe with the Portuguese navigator Vasco da Gama in 1502, which he brought back from Sri Lanka (Ceylon). Nowadays, it is more common to find the cassia cinnamon variety on the market, which comes from China, rather than the more aromatic true cinnamon. The flavour of the cinnamon tree comes primarily from the cinnamon oil and other aromatic substances such as eugenol, which is also found in cloves. True cinnamon is not only used for flavouring, but also has other interesting applications (*1). Among other things, cinnamon is known to stimulate the appetite and aid digestion. It is also considered helpful for bacterial and fungal infections, inflammation and for lowering blood sugar. Cinnamon contains a very high antioxidant capacity of 131,420 µmol TE/100g (ORAC value = Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacit). Since we as a retailer are only allowed to make a few specific statements about the health effects of foods, we recommend that you research information about this product yourself on the Internet, e.g. at Zentrum der Gesundheit. Why we love organic Ceylon cinnamon powder We love this premium cinnamon powder because of its truly unique and particularly aromatic cinnamon scent and flavour, which is not only associated with childhood memories of heavenly cinnamon sugar. Coconut sugar with cinnamon even surpasses the flavour experience and is also a healthy alternative to white sugar! Applesauce with cinnamon is another classic. Recently, we have also been using cinnamon more and more in our evening turmeric drink (Facebook/blog link) and in chocolate drinks, as well as in curry dishes and teas. The beneficial properties of cinnamon are a very welcome "side effect". SamaraNatura Cinnamon The aroma and flavour of this 100% pure Ceylon cinnamon are particularly intense and fresh, which is achieved through rapid processing and optimal conditions! This cinnamon comes from organic cultivation and fair trade from two local Fairtrade organisations with 2500 participating farmers. Thanks to the co-operation with Fairtrade, the farmers can earn a secure and independent living. The Fairtrade premium can be used to pay for projects such as clean drinking water, school materials for the children and educational projects. Chlorella Powder Taiwan Organic
Organic Chlorella Vulgaris Powder (100% natural) - The green miracle What is chlorella? Chlorella is a microscopically small, single-celled algae that occurs naturally in fresh water. It is the oldest form of plant life known to us that has a real cell nucleus. Chlorella has been used and revered as a powerful superfood in many traditional cultures. Why consume chlorella? Chlorella provides a veritable flood of nutrients for the body. Minerals, rare trace elements, vitamins (including vitamin D) and a broad spectrum of enzymes (including pepsin). Chlorella consists of 60% complete and easily digestible proteins. The plant also contains essential fatty acids, nucleic acids (DNA and RNA), which are important for cell regeneration, and secondary plant substances with disease-defence properties such as carotenoids, lutein, astaxanthin and others. Chlorella has the highest chlorophyll content of all known plants, four times as much as normal plants! Chlorophyll is also known as green plant blood, as its molecular composition hardly differs from human haemoglobin. Chlorophyll has antioxidant properties, purifies the blood and supplies it with oxygen. Chlorella is known as a valuable aid in protecting the body from environmental toxins and radiation. Its fibrous outer cell walls are able to bind and eliminate heavy metals (amalgam, cadmium, lead), pesticides, medicines and other toxins that accumulate in the body. It is therefore very important to drink plenty of water when taking chlorella. Because of its nutritional richness, chlorella is nature's ideal food. When taken together with spirulina, you have almost perfect ratios of the most important nutrients the body needs. Chlorella has been and continues to be the subject of intense research and this tiny, fantastic creature may yet be of great help with global and worrying problems such as cancer, nuclear disasters and environmental pollution, as well as nutritional issues and mental disorders. What makes our organic chlorella powder from Taiwan special? Our chlorella powder is 100% natural and additive-free. Our chlorella comes from an algae farm in southern Taiwan, which was the first to be recognised by the German organic farming association Naturland. The algae grow outdoors under intense sunlight in pure fresh water of drinking water quality. The cultivation of only strong, healthy strains of microalgae guarantees first-class quality. The microalgae are gently harvested at the time of highest nutrient density, then pre-centrifuged and spray-dried in seconds using a special process. The hard cell wall of chlorella is gently broken up using a vacuum process to make it easier to digest. What makes chlorella unique? Chlorella can quadruple in quantity every 20 hours, and no other plant on earth can do that! This is due to the so-called Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF), a complex of many substances in very small quantities, including RNA, DNA, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, the exact properties of which have not yet been identified. However, laboratory tests have shown that the addition of CGF stimulates growth processes by increasing the growth of beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacillus by up to 400%. Because chlorella has a perfect single reproductive cell, it is more advanced than the other more common green microalgae. This is why its DNA / RNA is said to be of better quality. Nucleic acids are important for cell regeneration and support the production of new tissue. How to use chlorella powder? Chlorella can be taken in tablet form or as a powder. The tablets are easier to take, but their quality can be affected by the possible use of binding agents and heating during manufacture (not applicable to our tablets). Powdered chlorella can be mixed into vegetable and fruit juices or smoothies. It adds a rich, thick texture to any liquid. Chlorella powder can also be added to foods such as cream cheese, mayonnaise, ice cream, pasta and rice to enhance flavour and nutritional value. As it contains growth-promoting substances, it can also be a valuable ingredient for bread and fermented drinks. Recommended dosages: Start with 400 mg per day and slowly take more as your body acclimatises to chlorella. Children and beginners: 400 mg - 3 g per day Adults: 5 - 6 g per day For detoxification: 20 - 25 g per day (drink plenty of water!) For severe health problems, a higher dose of up to 30 g per day may be necessary until health improves. Chlorella can generally be taken safely in high doses. Under normal conditions, we recommend the regular intake of chlorella together with spirulina in a ratio of 1:2 (5g chlorella + 10g spirulina). This provides the body with all the necessary nutrients in a balanced way. Some effects of chlorella are immediately noticeable, e.g. the improvement in bad breath, but it can take 3-6 months for chlorella's nourishing powers to fully unfold. Spirulina powder Hawaii
Spirulina powder - the high-quality original from Hawaii (100% natural) What is spirulina? Spirulina is a single-celled, filamentous blue-green algae and one of the first life forms on this planet. Richer in high-quality protein (contains 18 amino acids) than any other food, the microalgae also contains a wealth of vitamins, minerals, important antioxidants such as SOD and phycocyanin, polysaccharides and the rare gamma-linolenic acid. Spirulina is at the forefront of the nutritional revolution. With its rich composition and ability to grow even under unfavourable conditions, the microalgae has great potential to become a food source that will help feed the world's population. By integrating spirulina into our diet, we are making a contribution to solving the food crisis. The effect of spirulina? Spirulina is a valuable food. The algae is incredibly rich, a "wholefood". It is believed to contain all the vital substances that the human body needs. The high density of vital substances brings vitality and well-being. The antioxidants can scavenge free radicals and highly reactive oxygen compounds and are therefore important for the maintenance and function of cells. The detailed nutritional values are listed below. What makes our spirulina powder special? Our Spirulina Pacifica has been cultivated in Hawaii for over 25 years(video with flight over the plantation) and is regarded as one of the highest quality spirulina in the world. In a special, oxygen-free drying system, the spirulina is dried very gently so that more nutrients and enzymes are retained - e.g. over 40% more ß-carotene and over 75% more zeaxanthin - than is possible with conventional drying systems. Spirulina Pacifica is grown in open ponds 20 cm deep, a few hundred metres from the Pacific Ocean. To fill the ponds, fresh water is mixed with seawater from a depth of 600 metres, which is rich in minerals and trace elements. The other most important substances for cultivation in terms of quantity are food-grade baking powder (sodium bicarbonate) and carbon dioxide. Food-grade fertilisers are also used. Paddle wheels move the water to provide the algae with uniform sunlight for optimal growth conditions and nutrient uptake. Spirulina from Hawaii is grown without pesticides or herbicides and does not contain any genetically modified organisms. Our spirulina is called Spirulina Pacifica and is a selected strain of Spirulina platensis that has developed over many years of cultivation in Hawaii. Spirulina Pacifica was intensively analysed by molecular biologists at the University of Hawaii. They identified new enzymes that were not found in other Spirulina platensis strains. Tips for use in everyday nutrition The powder is most often mixed with fruit and vegetable juices. Spring water is also very good and promotes maximum absorption. Spirulina can also be added to food like a spice to avoid loss of nutrients, but it should only be heated a little. Spirulina has a unique flavour that blends well with almost anything. If you are not used to the flavour of green foods, it may take some getting used to at first. If you find that your energy is running low during the day, take some spirulina with water and observe how your body feels 1-2 hours later. You will be amazed. Recommended intake Beginners and children: 1-2 g per day Adults: up to 3g per day It is recommended to start with 1 teaspoon (5 g) or slightly less and gradually increase the intake up to 10 g (1 heaped tablespoon) to avoid indigestion. Taking 1 tsp one hour before meals can help to reduce appetite. The dry powder absorbs water from the air, so the packaging should be tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry and dark place Complementary product recommendations We recommend taking spirulina together with chlorella in a ratio of 2:1. Spirulina algae powder Taiwan organic
Spirulina algae powder from Taiwan in organic & raw food quality (100% natural) Spirulina platensis is a single-celled, spiral-shaped blue-green algae that has existed on our planet for thousands of years. It gets its typical deep dark colour from the green of the chlorophyll and the blue of the phycocyanin. Spirulina grows in shallow waters with an alkaline pH value between 9 and 11. As it has no cellulose shell, our body can easily break down and digest its components. Why is spirulina useful as a dietary supplement? The blue-green microalgae contains a wealth of nutrients and vital substances. Spirulina powder is particularly rich in protein, provitamin A (β-carotene), iron and vitamin K. The dark colour also indicates a high chlorophyll content. SamaraNatura spirulina algae powder Taiwan BIO Our very high-quality Spirulina platensis in raw food quality comes from controlled organic cultivation in southern Taiwan. It is cultivated in accordance with Naturland guidelines, in pure drinking water under natural climatic conditions and exclusively under sunlight. Compared to other spirulina, it has a very pleasant taste and an incredibly rich blue-green colour. Due to the gentle processing, it has raw food quality. To check the quality, each batch is tested by an independent laboratory in Germany for pesticides, bacteria, algae toxins, heavy metals and radioactivity. How do I use spirulina powder? Mix ½-1 teaspoon with water 3 times a day, as an ingredient for smoothies or with fruit and vegetable juices. As with all food supplements, we recommend starting cautiously and slowly increasing the amount used over the course of a week. This will allow your body to get used to the new product and avoid unwanted side effects such as indigestion. You will usually get used to the somewhat unique flavour quite quickly. If you find using the powder unpleasant even after a few weeks, we recommend using spirulina tablets. Combining spirulina and chlorella The two algae powders are very suitable for combined use due to their nutrients. We recommend taking spirulina together with chlorella in a ratio of 2:1, whereby the total recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Organic barley grass juice powder
Organic barley grass juice powder in raw food quality (100% natural) Why barley grass juice powder? Barley grass juice powder is often referred to as the ultimate superfood powder! Our 100% pure barley grass juice powder (without any additives (including non-declared additives) or carriers such as maltodextrin) is a great and simple alternative to barley grass powder, as not everyone has the time or inclination to grow fresh grass and press it into juice. Simply mix with water or another favourite liquid and you have pure barley grass juice. Health benefits of barley grass juice powder? Barley grass juice contains many valuable vital substances and nutrients. The chlorophyll it contains also has a beneficial effect. What makes our barley grass juice powder special? For our organic barley grass juice powder, the juice is pressed from young barley grass and then gently processed into powder. It is 100% pure juice powder, without any additives or carriers such as maltodextrin. Our organic barley grass juice powder comes from a pristine area of the USA, where it is harvested at the time of highest nutrient density. The producer has optimised the manufacturing process over many years and now guarantees raw food quality, i.e. the entire processing takes place below 42° C. The rich green colour testifies to the abundance of chlorophyll (plant green). Differences between barley grass juice powder and barley grass powder The two forms of processing into grass powder and juice powder both have their respective advantages. The main difference between grass powder and juice powder lies in the dietary fibre/fibre content. In the case of barley grass powder, this is a very high 35 to 40%. Dietary fibre has a satiating effect, stimulates digestion and prevents constipation. This barley grass juice powder, on the other hand, contains only 5.7% fibre. As a result, the nutrients and vital substances (including chlorophyll) are present in concentrated form. Another important difference is the flavour. While the grass powder tastes like dried grass (slightly bitter), this barley grass juice powder is dominated by flavours such as spinach and green herbs as well as a salty aftertaste. Both flavours can be easily distinguished visually. The barley grass powder has a much lighter green colour than the barley grass juice powder. You can find all the information about barley grass powder here. Tips for using barley grass juice powder in your everyday diet Barley grass juice powder goes perfectly with water and many other liquids such as smoothies orange juice coconut water water kefir fresh fruit and vegetable juices Recipe with barley grass juice powder Example: Detox smoothie 1 tsp barley grass juice powder2 tbsp dried wild blueberries or 2 tbsp wild blueberry powder 1 tsp spirulina powder Hawaii, Taiwan or Austria 1 tbsp Atlantic dulse powder or 1 small handful of dulse flakes1 large bunch of fresh corianderJuice of 2 oranges 1 banana Water as required More recipes here. Recommended intake Initially ½ teaspoon daily, increase to ½ - 1 teaspoon 2-3 times daily as required. It is best to drink half an hour before meals. Storage Store in a cool, dark and dry place. As barley grass juice powder is spray-dried, it clumps more quickly than barley grass powder, which is air-dried. The clumping is caused by moisture absorption from the air. We recommend from our own experience: Always seal the pack airtight. Unfortunately, the zip of the bag sticks over time, which is why sealing clips are very practical. Pour some of the powder into a jar with a screw cap for easier handling. Store the bags/jars in a kitchen cupboard (dark) as far away from the cooker as possible (due to moisture during cooking). We do not recommend storing in the fridge, as condensation would occur. A constant room temperature is ideal. Nutritional values of barley grass juice powder per 100g (portion 1 tsp = 2g) Energy value 1351kJ/323kcal (29kJ/7kcal)Fat 1g (0.02g)of which saturated.
