Update: Naturkostbar only produces chocolate-covered clementines in winter. In the winter of 2025–2026, they were unable to source dried organic clementines, which meant production was not possible. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that there will be new chocolate-covered clementines again in the winter of 2026–2027.

How are these chocolate clementines made?
Naturkostbar produces this fine bean-to-bar chocolate from ethically traded cocoa beans from Uganda, using traditional methods and lovingly handcrafted in their factory in Uetendorf near Thun.
Forthese chocolate clementines, gently dried clementine slices from natural, completely fertiliser- and pesticide-free cultivation in Sicily (Italy) are coated in high-quality bean-to-bar chocolate, which Naturkostbar produces itself in Uetendorf.
The unroasted cocoa beans aresorted by hand and then carefully processed in a stone mill. This process takes several hours to produce a delicate chocolate. The clementines are then lovingly coated with it.

Dried clementines, cocoa beans, coconut blossom sugar, cocoa butter, Bourbon vanilla. All ingredients areorganically grown.
Note: A white coating on the chocolates is a natural fat bloom and may occur due to temperature fluctuations. It does not affect the quality. The pralines are made from 100% natural ingredients and contain no lecithin. Best stored at 18°C.
