Chocolate clementines (100g) from Naturkostbar
How are these chocolate clementines made?
Naturkostbar produces the fine bean-to-bar chocolate from ethically traded cocoa beans from Uganda traditionally and lovingly by hand in the factory in Uetendorf near Thun.
For these chocolate clementines, gently dried clementine slices from natural, completely fertiliser- and pesticide-free cultivation in Sicily (Italy) are coated with high-quality bean-to-bar chocolate, which Naturkostbar produces itself in Uetendorf.
The unroasted cocoa beans are sorted by hand and then carefully processed in a stone mill. This takes several hours to produce a smooth chocolate. The clementines are then lovingly coated with it.

Ingredients
Dried clementines, cocoa beans, coconut blossom sugar, cocoa butter, bourbon vanilla. All ingredients arefrom organic farming.
Note: A white coating on the chocolates is a natural fat bloom and can occur due to temperature fluctuations. It does not affect the quality. The chocolates are made from 100% natural ingredients and no lecithins are used. Optimum storage at 18°C.
