Cold-pressed organic tree nut oil from Swiss tree nuts Strong, majestic tree nut trees spoil us with tree nuts every autumn in the Swiss Seeland. Local farmers collect the wild-grown nuts by hand and bring them to our nutcracker. We process the raw, cracked tree nuts in our factory in Uetendorf. Our water-cooled oil mill ensures that there is no heat build-up during the pressing process and that the temperature of the oil always remains below 37°C. We then allow the unfiltered oil to sediment. This produces our particularly high-quality, cold-pressed tree nut oil with an excellent nutrient content. It provides you with polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamins. And the aromatic oil enriches every dish with its mild, nutty, delicate flavour; from starters to main courses and desserts. They are then dried for 24 hours at a maximum temperature of 42° C. Germination neutralises the phytic acid present in the almonds and significantly increases the nutrient density.
