Kale sprouts sprouting seed
Spring cabbage, also known as kale, is an old type of leafy cabbage that has been rediscovered in recent years due to its benefits. It is also known as kale.
Why kale is healthy
Kale is often used in green smoothies. It is characterised by the following ingredients:

Use
You can simply eat the kale sprouts on their own or mix them into salads. They are also suitable as a topping for your fitness sandwich and for garnishing main dishes.
Sprouting kale
- 3.1 litre sprout jar: soak 4 heaped tablespoons for 10 hours.
- 1.7 litre sprouting jar: soak 3 heaped tablespoons for 10 hours.
Then germinate in the sprout jar for 4-5 days.
Rinse every morning and evening.
The sprouts can then be stored in the fridge for about a week.
