Für das Peanut Chocolate werden ausschliesslich natürliche, pflanzliche Zutaten verwendet. Es kommt ohne Emulgatoren und Zusatzstoffe aus. Es enthält weder Industriezucker noch Palmöl. Der Aufstrich hat einen besonders hohen Erdnussanteil von 54% sowie einen hohen Gehalt an Eiweiss, Ballaststoffen, Eisen und Zink. Der totale Zuckeranteil beträgt lediglich 19g auf 100g.

It can also be used for desserts or as a chocolate substitute for snacking. Our Creme de Carob is 100% plant-based, 85% raw food and is produced in a stone mill process at 42°C. Every February, the blossoming almond trees enchant the region with their white and pink colours. When the almonds are ripe in autumn, they are dried in the sun with their hard outer shells. They are then cracked and peeled. Naturkostbar process the natural almond kernels in their factory in Uetendorf. A traditional stone mill transforms the almonds particularly gently and slowly into a creamy puree. Grinding with granite stone is a very gentle process: the flavours are released and the puree develops a unique, delicate consistency. Why is almond paste healthy?
