Die meisten Menschen denken, dass die Herstellung von Schokolade zeitaufwändig und komplex ist. Doch zum Glück ist genau das Gegenteil der Fall. In wenigen Schritten und lediglich ca. 20 Minuten hast du die 2 Zutaten geschmolzen, gemischt, in Formen gegossen und dekoriert. Im Anschluss musst du die Schokolade nur noch auskühlen lassen und verpacken.

Rezept für 120g Schokolade

  • 90g Bio Kakaopaste, klein gehackt
  • 15g Bio Kakaobutter, klein gehackt
  • 20g Bio Agaven Dicksaft
  • je 1 Prise Himalayasalz und Vanillepulver
  • Lieblings-Superfoods wie Goji-Beeren, Maulbeeren, Kokos-Chips, Cashewkerne, Zedernüsse und viele mehr.

Lasse deiner Kreativität freien Lauf und teste neue Kreationen. Gerade die Kombinationen fruchtig-süss, süss-schaf, salzig-süss, nussig-süss sind sehr spannend.

Zubereitung: Die Kakaopaste und -butter zusammen in einem Topf auf niedrigster Temperatur langsam schmelzen. Die restlichen Zutaten zugeben, gut umrühren, etwas abkühlen lassen, in Form giessen und mit deinen Lieblings-Superfoods dekorieren. Im Kühlschrank etwa 2 Monate haltbar.

Selbstgemachte Schokolade

Verwendung Giessform

1. Nach dem Verzieren der Schokoladen die befüllte Form für ca. 20 Minuten im Kühlschrank auskühlen lassen. Die Schokolade darf nicht mehr weich sein, sondern muss ganz aushärten. Sonst bricht sie beim herauslösen und du hast Bruchschokolade.

2. Zum Herauslösen einfach die Form leicht beugen. Dadurch sollten sich die Tafeln von selbst lösen und du kannst sie auf einen Teller kippen.

3. Verpacken mit dem den passenden Folien und Papierhüllen.

4. Form kann viele Male wiederverwendet werden. Da sie sehr hitzeempfindlich ist, NICHT im Geschirrspüler reinigen, sondern nur von Hand lauwarm abspülen.

Premium agave syrup in raw food quality What is agave? The agave is a cactus-like plant from Mexico. Agave syrup is a delicious sweetener made from the juice inside agaves that are at least eight years old. The Mexicans traditionally collected the sweet juice ("aguamiel") from various agaves in order to make sweeteners and special drinks for celebrations. Why buy agave syrup? Agave syrup is a vegan alternative to honey and has a pleasant taste, like a mixture of honey and maple syrup. It can be used in many ways as a sweetener. Only the very gently processed agave syrup like ours has a low glycemic index and is only slowly absorbed into the bloodstream. It is therefore particularly recommended for people who are sensitive to sugar. What makes our agave syrup special? Most conventional agave syrups, including those from organic farming, are made from 3-6 different agave species and have been heated up and pasteurized, as the juice of the agave spoils quickly after it has been removed. Cedar nuts from Siberia - a treasure of nature Cedar nuts taste similar to other pine nuts, but slightly sweeter and stronger. Unlike almost all commercially available pine nuts, our raw cedar nuts are not heat-treated. Why eat cedar nuts? Cedar nuts contain approx. 55% valuable unsaturated fatty acids, primarily linoleic and alpha-linolenic acid as well as the rare pinoleic/pinolenic acid. They are rich in tocopherols (vitamin E) as antioxidants and in high-quality proteins (approx. 17%). They also contain many minerals (especially magnesium, potassium, phosphorus), trace elements (copper, manganese, zinc), vitamins (K and B) and flavonoids. For centuries, the inhabitants of Siberia have valued the widespread cedar (Pinus sibirica), a Swiss stone pine, not only as a source of valuable wood, but also for its tasty and highly nutritious seeds, which are found in the cedar cones. What makes our cedar nuts special? Almost all commercially available pine nuts are treated with heat to make them last longer. Our cedar nuts, on the other hand, are completely untreated, which preserves the broad spectrum of nutrients. Where do our cedar nuts come from? The area is largely organic and FAIRTRADE certified and is farmed by the FAIRTRADE farmers who live there.
