Coconut pralines from Naturkostbar - handmade in Switzerland
Only coconut puree, ground cocoa beans, coconut blossom sugar, coconut oil, agave nectar and vanilla are used as ingredients for the coconut praline. All ingredients come from controlled organic cultivation. The raw food content is 80%, only the coconut blossom sugar is not raw food due to the process.
It all starts with the cocoa bean
We only buy and process the best raw materials. All raw materials are natural, fairly traded, certified organic and of raw food quality. Light fermentation gives us the desired flavour that makes our chocolate so unique.
Fair trade or direct trade
Finding quality raw beans is one of the more difficult tasks in our business. Usually planted by small farmers and harvested with great effort, availability is reduced to a minimum. To enable the small farmers to continue their work, we guarantee them fair payment. Because sustainable cooperation is important to us.
Arrived in Steffisburg
To enable us to process the raw cocoa beans, we separate them from the shell using a specially designed process. This process can take several hours, but guarantees the cleanliness and purity of the cocoa to be processed.
The couverture is made from these selected, gently fermented quality beans - to which we add the finest coconut blossom sugar from Indonesia. The raw materials are stone-ground in our grinder for hours until a smooth chocolate mass is created.
The refinement
For the filling, we combine silky-creamy coconut puree, fresh cold-pressed coconut oil, pure agave nectar (low GI) and the fine cocoa paste.
Together, the couverture and the filling create the incomparable coconut praline - a delight that will flatter your palate and make you dream of faraway places for a brief moment.
Please note: Naturkostbar pralines and chocolate are made from 100% natural ingredients and we do not use any lecithins. For this reason, temperature fluctuations can cause a white layer to form on the surface of the products. This is a natural, crystalline change in the cocoa butter (the cocoa "sweats"), but has no effect on the flavour.
