How to germinate protein mix sprouts

3.1 litre sprout jar: soak 8 heaped tablespoons for 10 hours.
1.7 litre sprout jar: soak 8 heaped tablespoons for 10 hours.

Then pour off the water, rinse twice and turn the jar slightly so that the seeds stick to the glass wall. Place the germination jar in a bright place in the appropriate stand, but not in direct sunlight.

Rinse every morning and evening.
