Instructions for growing buckwheat sprouts
- 3.1 litre sprout jar: soak 10 heaped tablespoons for 4 to 10 hours
- 1.7 litre sprout jar: soak 8 heaped tablespoons for 4 to 10 hours
Then germinate the buckwheat in the sprout jar for 2-3 days. Rinse each morning and evening. The sprouts can then be stored in the fridge for about a week.
