How to use Protection-Mix sprouts?

You can simply eat the sprouts on their own or mix them into salads. They are also suitable as a topping for your fitness sandwich and for garnishing main courses.

How to grow Protection-Mix sprouts?

Soak 3 heaped tablespoons of Protection-Mix sprouted seeds in a small (1700ml) or 4 heaped tablespoons in a large (3100ml) sprouting jar for 10 hours.
Then pour off the water, rinse twice and turn the jar slightly so that the seeds stick to the glass wall.
Place the germination jar in a bright place in the appropriate stand, but not in direct sunlight.
Rinse with cold water every 12 hours.
Repeat the process for several days until the sprouts have reached a size of approx. 2-3 centimetres. Germination usually takes 4 to 5 days. Use afterwards.

The Protection-Mix sprouts can be kept chilled in the fridge for several days.
