  • Broccoli seeds
  • Kohlrabi seeds
  • Radish seeds
  • Rapeseed

Sprossit sprouts are characterised by the following ingredients:

Usage

You can eat Sprossit sprouts on their own or mix them into salads. They are also suitable as a topping for your fitness sandwich and for garnishing main dishes.

Germinating Sprossit seeds

  • 3.1 litre sprout jar: Soak 2 heaped tablespoons for 10 hours.
  • 1.7 litre sprout jar: soak 1.5 heaped tablespoons for 10 hours.

Then germinate in the sprout jar for 6-7 days.

Rinse every morning and evening.

The sprouts can then be stored in the fridge for about a week.

Rocket sprouts germination seed Rocket seeds cannot be grown on their own, which is why they must be grown together with red clover or alfalfa (our recommendation). The following ratio is excellent for growing sprouts: 1 level tsp rocket and 2 heaped tbsp alfalfa, whereby the seed quantity refers to the germination glass of sprout seeds. However, growing them together is by no means a disadvantage; the tasty rocket sprouts provide a savoury addition to the alfalfa sprouts. Why does rocket need to be grown with alfalfa? The rocket seeds (just like cress) stick together strongly at the start of the germination process. Growing them alone would not work. We therefore recommend always growing rocket seeds with alfalfa seeds, as the germination period is optimally matched. Red clover seeds can also be used as an alternative to alfalfa.
