Spirulina Pulver Taiwan Bio 1
Spirulina algae powder Taiwan organic
Weight : 125g

Spirulina algae powder from Taiwan in organic & raw food quality (100% natural) Spirulina platensis is a single-celled, spiral-shaped blue-green algae that has existed on our planet for thousands of years. It gets its typical deep dark colour from the green of the chlorophyll and the blue of the phycocyanin. Spirulina grows in shallow waters with an alkaline pH value between 9 and 11. As it has no cellulose shell, our body can easily break down and digest its components. Why is spirulina useful as a dietary supplement? The blue-green microalgae contains a wealth of nutrients and vital substances. Spirulina powder is particularly rich in protein, provitamin A (β-carotene), iron and vitamin K. The dark colour also indicates a high chlorophyll content. SamaraNatura spirulina algae powder Taiwan BIO Our very high-quality Spirulina platensis in raw food quality comes from controlled organic cultivation in southern Taiwan. It is cultivated in accordance with Naturland guidelines, in pure drinking water under natural climatic conditions and exclusively under sunlight. Compared to other spirulina, it has a very pleasant taste and an incredibly rich blue-green colour. Due to the gentle processing, it has raw food quality. To check the quality, each batch is tested by an independent laboratory in Germany for pesticides, bacteria, algae toxins, heavy metals and radioactivity. How do I use spirulina powder? Mix ½-1 teaspoon with water 3 times a day, as an ingredient for smoothies or with fruit and vegetable juices. As with all food supplements, we recommend starting cautiously and slowly increasing the amount used over the course of a week. This will allow your body to get used to the new product and avoid unwanted side effects such as indigestion. You will usually get used to the somewhat unique flavour quite quickly. If you find using the powder unpleasant even after a few weeks, we recommend using spirulina tablets. Combining spirulina and chlorella The two algae powders are very suitable for combined use due to their nutrients. We recommend taking spirulina together with chlorella in a ratio of 2:1, whereby the total recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Spirulina powder Hawaii
Weight : 125g

Spirulina powder - the high-quality original from Hawaii (100% natural) What is spirulina? Spirulina is a single-celled, filamentous blue-green algae and one of the first life forms on this planet. Richer in high-quality protein (contains 18 amino acids) than any other food, the microalgae also contains a wealth of vitamins, minerals, important antioxidants such as SOD and phycocyanin, polysaccharides and the rare gamma-linolenic acid. Spirulina is at the forefront of the nutritional revolution. With its rich composition and ability to grow even under unfavourable conditions, the microalgae has great potential to become a food source that will help feed the world's population. By integrating spirulina into our diet, we are making a contribution to solving the food crisis. The effect of spirulina? Spirulina is a valuable food. The algae is incredibly rich, a "wholefood". It is believed to contain all the vital substances that the human body needs. The high density of vital substances brings vitality and well-being. The antioxidants can scavenge free radicals and highly reactive oxygen compounds and are therefore important for the maintenance and function of cells. The detailed nutritional values are listed below. What makes our spirulina powder special? Our Spirulina Pacifica has been cultivated in Hawaii for over 25 years(video with flight over the plantation) and is regarded as one of the highest quality spirulina in the world. In a special, oxygen-free drying system, the spirulina is dried very gently so that more nutrients and enzymes are retained - e.g. over 40% more ß-carotene and over 75% more zeaxanthin - than is possible with conventional drying systems. Spirulina Pacifica is grown in open ponds 20 cm deep, a few hundred metres from the Pacific Ocean. To fill the ponds, fresh water is mixed with seawater from a depth of 600 metres, which is rich in minerals and trace elements. The other most important substances for cultivation in terms of quantity are food-grade baking powder (sodium bicarbonate) and carbon dioxide. Food-grade fertilisers are also used. Paddle wheels move the water to provide the algae with uniform sunlight for optimal growth conditions and nutrient uptake. Spirulina from Hawaii is grown without pesticides or herbicides and does not contain any genetically modified organisms. Our spirulina is called Spirulina Pacifica and is a selected strain of Spirulina platensis that has developed over many years of cultivation in Hawaii. Spirulina Pacifica was intensively analysed by molecular biologists at the University of Hawaii. They identified new enzymes that were not found in other Spirulina platensis strains. Tips for use in everyday nutrition The powder is most often mixed with fruit and vegetable juices. Spring water is also very good and promotes maximum absorption. Spirulina can also be added to food like a spice to avoid loss of nutrients, but it should only be heated a little. Spirulina has a unique flavour that blends well with almost anything. If you are not used to the flavour of green foods, it may take some getting used to at first. If you find that your energy is running low during the day, take some spirulina with water and observe how your body feels 1-2 hours later. You will be amazed. Recommended intake Beginners and children: 1-2 g per day Adults: up to 3g per day It is recommended to start with 1 teaspoon (5 g) or slightly less and gradually increase the intake up to 10 g (1 heaped tablespoon) to avoid indigestion. Taking 1 tsp one hour before meals can help to reduce appetite. The dry powder absorbs water from the air, so the packaging should be tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry and dark place Complementary product recommendations We recommend taking spirulina together with chlorella in a ratio of 2:1. Update: The new batch is ground finer than before. The dulse flakes are only approx. 1 mm in size. Atlantic dulse flakes from Ireland, organic & raw food quality What is dulse? Atlantic dulse or lobster seaweed (Palmaria palmata) is a red algae, crunchy with a bite and a strong purple-red colour. It does not need to be cooked or soaked and can therefore be used in many different ways in the kitchen. It tastes mild and spicy and adds flavour and colour to any dish. It is also one of the few purple-coloured foods and purple is the colour of spiritual consciousness, the third eye. What makes our dulse flakes from Ireland special? The dulse seaweed comes from quality producers in Ireland. After harvesting, the wild-growing organic dulse is dried very gently and in raw food quality using a cold air drying system. They are then ground into flakes. Please note: Due to the wild harvest, small mussels may adhere to the dulse leaves. The producer himself and we check the purity as well as possible when packing into the bags. For safety reasons, we ask you to briefly check the dulse flakes before eating them. Varying consistency (bite resistance) The consistency (firmness) of the dulse flakes can vary depending on the batch and season. This may be due to the time of harvest or the development of the individual plants at the time of harvest. Dulse algae are wild-growing plants. They are generally harvested shortly before flowering so that the plants are still young enough to be sufficiently tender. Prolonged soaking or heating (boiling) reduces the bite strength. How to use dulse flakes? Dulse has been traditionally harvested for generations and can be eaten straight from the bag (rinsed beforehand if necessary) or used as an ingredient in smoothies (e.g. for detox smoothies). They are also suitable as a topping for salads, sandwiches as well as lentil dishes or rice dishes.Dulse is also suitable steamed over potatoes or crispy roasted as a snack and other dishes. Blueberries (Bilberries) Organic wild collection with bag
Blueberries organic wild collection
Weight : 125g

Wild organic blueberries - antioxidants and flavour combined To complement our range, we also offer organic blueberry powder from Bosnia. Packed with healthy nutrients like no other fruit - a real superfruit. Why eat dried organic blueberries from wild harvesting? Great snack: delicious and nutritious Wide range of important nutrients and particularly rich in vitamins C, E and B6 as well as iron, fibre and other vital substances such as resveratrol, zeaxanthin, lutein, anthocyanins and other polyphenolic compounds Because they contain such a high amount of phenols, especially gallic acid, blueberries are known as "nerve protectors". According to researchers from Iran, this means that they can literally protect our brains from degeneration, neurotoxicity and oxidative stress. Particularly for a fruit is its high iron content, which boosts energy levels by producing oxygen-rich blood cells throughout the body. In addition, dried wild blueberries contain a very high antioxidant capacity of around 50,000 µmol TE/100g (ORAC value = Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity). For healthy skin Skin care products containing bilberry extract are becoming increasingly popular around the world. It has been reported that the broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals helps to restore hormonal balance, which counteracts acne. This makes blueberries an excellent home remedy for acne. Blueberries also contain resveratrol, a natural sunscreen that can tan your skin. What makes our wild organic blueberries special? 100% natural, gently processed and dried (raw food quality) No preservatives, colourings, sweeteners or other unnatural additives Natural flavour: sweet and sour, fruity and very aromatic Dark purple colour (high quality and purity) and quite dry and crispy Different sizes and origins Dried organic blueberries from wild collection are very difficult to obtain. In northern countries they are also often frozen or freeze-dried. The latest batch of air-dried blueberries comes from Bosnia again and we have packed them in 125g, 250g and 1kg bags. The difference between wild and cultivated blueberries They look almost the same. Both are blue, round and taste great. But what are the differences between these two berries? Wild blueberries compared to cultivated blueberries have a higher vitamin content and a much higher anthocyanin content. Blueberry has become a universal name for blue-coloured berries of the Vaccinium genus, but it is good to know the difference between cultivated blueberries (often called American blueberries or blueberries) and wild blueberries (European blueberries). While cultivated blueberries are grown in various places around the world, wild blueberries grow on small bushes mainly in the northern parts of the Northern Hemisphere. The anthocyanins in the wild blueberry are visible to the eye as blue and red pigments in the flesh, which is juicy and bluish-purple in colour. The cultivated blueberry, on the other hand, has an almost transparent white and somewhat floury flesh. The wild blueberry has certainly been used since the 16th century, both the dried berries and the leaves. Modern interest stems in part from the use of the fruit by British pilots during the Second World War, when pilots noticed that their night vision was better on bombing missions after eating bilberry jam. Nowadays, only garden blueberries (American blueberries) from cultivation are available, which are simply not as good and significantly less rich in vital substances than wild blueberries. How to integrate them into your daily diet? Thanks to their intense, typical blueberry flavour, they are perfect as an addition to muesli, smoothies and as a dessert topping. When making smoothies, we recommend soaking the wild blueberries overnight to make them easier to blend. They also go well in yoghurt (including vegan coconut yoghurt) and honey. A real treat! It has the highest iron content of all sea vegetables. 10g of dried dulse is equivalent to around 100g of fresh dulse. Why use dulse powder Dulse is one of the easiest sea vegetables to use. It tastes mild and spicy and adds flavour and colour to any dish. It is also one of the few purple coloured foods and purple is the colour of spiritual consciousness, the third eye. Irish dulse from wild collection Our dulse is collected wild in the west of Ireland at low tide and harvested by hand. With the help of a cold air drying system, the organic seaweed is dried very gently and in raw food quality. The leaves are then ground into powder. Variants: Due to the different consumption quantities and requirements, we offer dulse powder in 100g and 250g bags. The larger bag is approx. 16.5% cheaper. Use of dulse Dulse has been traditionally harvested for generations and can be eaten straight from the bag or used as an ingredient in smooties. Dulse is also suitable steamed over potatoes or crispy roasted as a snack or with salads and other dishes. As a raw food straight from the bag or in salads (can be rinsed beforehand if necessary). In soups and stews, ideal with pulses and cereal dishes. Add towards the end of the cooking time. Ingredients 100% organic dulse / lobster kelp (Palmaria palmata). Important notes Due to the high mineral content, we recommend a daily ration of 5g. Particular caution is advised for people with thyroid disorders due to the iodine content. These seaweeds may contain parts of crustaceans and grains of sand due to processing. Therefore, please check the leaves/flakes briefly before consumption. Sea vegetables are enjoyed in many coastal regions around the world and enrich most dishes with flavour and nutrients. Sea vegetables contain almost all the minerals and trace elements that the sea has to offer! In general, sea vegetables are an excellent source of calcium, iodine and sodium, a very good source of folic acid and magnesium and a good source of iron, potassium, vitamin B2 and B5. They also contain vitamin K and trace elements such as selenium and chromium, which are often lacking in land vegetables due to depleted soils. Sea vegetables are an ideal substitute for salt in a wide variety of dishes.

They are named after the ancient city of Khorog, which lies in the mountains on the old Silk Road. Green Khorog sultanas are no ordinary sultanas. The differences between the various types of sultanas are greater than you might think. They differ greatly in appearance and flavour. In addition to these Khorog sultanas, we also have black Bukhara sultanas and Manucca sultanas in our range. Khorog raisins have a sweet flavour, but are not too sweet. When the bag is open for a longer period of time, they change colour from green to brown. Our Green Khorog are picked at the best stage of ripeness and gently dried in the shade to preserve their natural quality. Wild prunes organic
Wild prunes organic

Wild dried plum halves organic bag The raw, unoiled and unsulphured organic prune halves without stones have a delicious, sweet and sour flavour. They grow wild on the mountain slopes along the old Silk Road from Samarkand (Uzbekistan). The wild plums are gently dried in the sun at below 42°C to preserve their natural flavour and nutrients. They are slightly less soft than most plums, but in terms of flavour and nutritional value, they are the best in the world - if you ask us. To make them softer again, you can simply soak the prunes overnight. Why prunes are healthy? We've never understood why "prune" is a dirty word. Because prunes are a valuable food. Prunes are rich in fibre, which can also help with constipation. They also contain sorbitol, which gives them a mild laxative effect. We therefore recommend not snacking on more than a handful. They also contain potassium, niacin, manganese, iron and the mineral boron, which strengthens bones and muscles. Uses The dried fruit can be used in a variety of ways - as a snack between meals, as an exciting addition to muesli, for making your own nut and fruit bars or as an ingredient with a tangy flavour for savoury dishes. Warnings May contain traces of nuts. Sunflower Lecithin powder Organic

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Sunflower Lecithin powder Organic

Update: Sale of the current batch with expiry date 30.06.2026 with 67% discount for CHF 10 instead of CHF 31. Organic sunflower lecithin powder with total lecithin complex (100% natural) What makes our sunflower lecithin powder special? Our organic sunflower lecithin powder is a versatile natural emulsifier. Due to its unique structure, it effectively combines fat and water. Sunflower lecithin contains the natural lecithin complex (mixture of various phospholipids) from sunflower seeds. Phospholipids are components of cell membranes, among other things, and play an important role in our entire metabolism. The yellow sunflower lecithin has a neutral flavour and is free from gluten and carriers. It is also generally GMO-free, as no genetic engineering is used in sunflower cultivation (in contrast to soya cultivation). Where and how is our sunflower lecithin powder produced? Our sunflower lecithin powder is produced in China, where the world's only CO2 de-oiling plant is located. The organic sunflower seeds are mechanically pressed to extract the oil. The lecithin is then isolated from the oil by CO2 extraction. The result is a powdered, de-oiled pure lecithin. This process completely dispenses with the use of solvents. How to use sunflower lecithin powder? Sunflower lecithin has a pleasant flavour and is suitable as a food additive for smoothies and muesli as well as an emulsifier. Sprinkle 1 heaped tablespoon (approx. 10g) over muesli or add to smoothies and nut milks. Suitable for chocolate production and for making glacé (ice cream). Can also be eaten on its own. Sunflower lecithin should be stored at room temperature, protected from light and moisture (always seal the bag tightly). Labelling 100% EMULSIFIER ORGANIC SUNFLOWER LECITHIN (E322). Allergic reactions Although it is basically allergen-free, we have received information from a customer who is highly allergic to sunflower seeds that he also has allergic reactions to sunflower lecithin. We therefore recommend that consumers who are allergic to sunflower seeds use sunflower lecithin with caution or avoid it altogether. Possible alternatives would be soya lecithin or almond puree, which also contains lecithin. Uses Sunflower lecithin can be used both as a food supplement and as an emulsifier for drinks. We recommend 1 heaped tablespoon (approx. 10g) as a guide for a smoothie or as an addition to muesli. For the production of almond drink, we recommend 25-40 grams of sunflower lecithin per litre. Packaging sizes Bag with 200g powder. Best before date The current batch has best before 30.06.2026. Cacao beans Criollo organic
Cacao beans Peru unpeeled organic
Weight : 250g

Cocoa beans Peru unpeeled (100% natural) Update:Due to the cocoa shortage, we are currently not receiving 100% Criollo beans from our supplier. The new batch contains 70% Criollo cocoa. The remaining 30% are Forastero, Trinitario and Nacional. They are also high quality, certified organic and from Peru. This is whyour cocoa beans are temporarily called "Peru cocoa beans". In comparison, they are slightly more intense in flavour and slightly bitter, but also very tasty. Our organic cocoa beans from Peru are unpeeled raw cocoa beans, i.e. they are fermented and dried, but not roasted. Why buy cocoa beans? Cocoa has all the benefits of chocolate, but without the unwanted high sugar content and additives. It has been determined that raw cocoa contains around 300 substances. Cocoa has the highest magnesium content of all foods. Magnesium is a component of bones and teeth, plays an important role in energy metabolism and is essential for normal muscle function and energy metabolism. Magnesium also plays a role in skeletal development and is important in the transmission of stimuli in the nervous system during muscle contraction. Cocoa beans contain a combination of substances that trigger feelings of well-being and pleasure in us. Incidentally, cocoa beans were regarded by the Aztecs as a gift from God - not only as an offering, but also used as a means of payment. What makes our cocoa beans special? Our cocoa beans are raw, i.e. they are only fermented and not roasted. The fermentation process allows the cocoa to develop its typical flavour. The beans come from the Criollo fine flavoured cocoa variety from Peru, which is one of the rarest and best varieties in the world. Fine flavoured cocoa varieties only account for 5-10% of global cocoa production. They grow under similar, often almost natural conditions, as they do not tolerate direct sunlight and thrive alongside other tall rainforest trees. Forastero industrial cocoa, on the other hand, is usually grown in monoculture plantations. Our fine flavoured cocoa is cultivated without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. As the name suggests, fine flavoured cocoa beans taste better, finer and less bitter than consumer cocoa beans. Criollo cocoa beans are slightly fermented and therefore develop more of their typical cocoa flavour. How to integrate them into your daily diet? On their own as a snack or sprinkled on muesli and fruit salad. Add to desserts and smoothies. Cocoa beans taste particularly good in combination with goji berries or nuts. Cocoa beans are practical for travelling and on the go, as they do not soften in the blazing sun like chocolate. Tip: If more sweetness is preferred, the beans can be dipped in agave syrup or honey. Our favourite is Medjool dates with 1-2 cocoa beans in them as an energy-rich, stimulating snack. Nutritional values of organic cocoa beans Criollo per 100g Energy value 1830 kJ/437 kcalProtein 13gCarbohydrates 23gof which sugar 1gFat 46gof which saturated fatty acids 29gDietary fibre 23gMagnesium 314mg (75% of the recommended daily intake). Kakaobutter Criollo Chips Bio mit Beutel
Cacao butter Criollo Chips organic

Update: Due to the shortage of cocoa, the sale of cocoa butter is limited (maximum 6 pieces per size and order). Our aim is to be able to offer Criollo cocoa butter for as long as possible. The best before date of the current batch is 31.03.2027. Cocoa Butter Criollo Chips Organic (100% natural) Why buy cocoa butter chips? Cocoa butter is the solid form of the pure oil from the cocoa bean. The cocoa bean is an amazing food given to us by Mother Nature. It was considered a gift from God by the Aztecs and was used not only as an offering but also as a means of payment. It is estimated that raw cocoa contains more than 300 substances and is one of the foods with the most antioxidants. It enriches many dishes with a wonderful, sensual chocolate flavour and is also excellent for skin care. What makes our Cocoa Butter Criollo Chips special? Our cocoa butter is 100% pure and of raw food quality. Grown in Peru. No chemicals are used either in cultivation or processing. This cocoa butter is the pure, golden oil from cocoa beans. Our cocoa butter is made from the particularly fine and rare Criollo fine flavoured cocoa variety. Fine flavoured cocoa varieties only account for 5-10% of global cocoa production. They grow under similar, often almost natural conditions, as they do not tolerate direct sunlight and thrive alongside other tall rainforest trees. Forestero industrial cocoa, on the other hand, is usually grown in monoculture plantations. In contrast to conventional products, our cocoa butter is never heated above 37°C and therefore has the quality of raw butter. Use of Cocoa Butter Criollo Chips in dishes / for recipes As a high-quality fat, cocoa butter enriches smoothies, desserts and ice creams in particular with a wonderful, sensual chocolate flavour. Ideal in combination with cocoa paste or cocoa powder for fine chocolate creations. Raw cocoa butter has a wonderful, delicate chocolate flavour, is versatile and melts at approx. 35°C in any type of recipe. Use of cocoa butter Criollo Chips for skin care Cocoa butter is also suitable for external use as a valuable skin care product (e.g. for dry skin). Due to its high content of antioxidants and skin-protecting substances, cocoa butter is a natural "fountain of youth" for the skin. With a melting point just below body temperature, you can simply glide a piece of cocoa butter over your skin without the need for any additives. Cocoa butter nourishes, absorbs well and gives dry skin a long-lasting, supple feel. And it has a sensual, aphrodisiac scent. A truly sensual oil with a soft, smooth texture and a mild, floral citrus flavour. Unfortunately, cocoa butter can hardly unfold its precious effect in most conventional cosmetic products. This is due to the small quantity, processing at excessively high temperatures and the addition of chemical additives in skin care products. In contrast to many cosmetic products, including expensive ones, that contain cocoa butter, our raw cocoa butter has been processed or blended without synthetic and harmful chemicals. This allows raw cocoa butter to fully unfold its precious effect for the natural beauty of our skin. Info: Only chips still on offer Due to the shift in demand, we now only offer Criollo cocoa butter as crisps. These crisps (also known as coins or drops) are of the same quality as the previously offered pieces and are also made from cocoa beans of the premium Criollo variety from Peru. The Butter Chips are easier to use/dose because they are always the same size. Size variants We offer Cocoa Butter Criollo Chips in 250g and 500g bags as standard. Do you need large quantities? Criollo cocoa beans are lightly fermented and therefore develop more of their typical cocoa flavour. Cocoa nibs are extracted from the cocoa bean by peeling it and breaking it into pieces. The quality of our organic, fairly traded, certified Criollo cocoa is of great purity and free from mycotoxins, mould and yeast, preventing you from experiencing that nervous tension associated with the consumption of caffeinated foods and drinks. How to use cocoa nibs? On their own as a snack or sprinkled on muesli and fruit salad. Add to desserts and smoothies. Cocoa nibs taste particularly good together with goji berries and nuts. Cocoa nibs are practical for travelling and on the go, as they do not soften as quickly as normal chocolate in the sun. If you prefer more sweetness, you can dip the cocoa nibs in agave syrup or honey. They grow under similar, often almost natural conditions, as they do not tolerate direct sunlight and thrive alongside other tall rainforest trees. Forastero industrial cocoa, on the other hand, is usually grown in monoculture plantations. As the name suggests, fine flavoured cocoa tastes better, finer and less bitter than consumer cocoa, as it still contains all of the cocoa butter (approx. 55%), just like cocoa nibs. Criollo cocoa beans are slightly fermented and therefore develop more of their typical cocoa flavour. Why consume cocoa? The cocoa bean is an impressive food given to us by Mother Nature. It was considered a gift from God by the Aztecs and was used not only as an offering but also as a means of payment. It has been determined that raw cocoa contains around 300 substances and is one of the foods with the highest antioxidant content! Cocoa can therefore make a significant contribution to protecting our cells from free radicals and premature ageing. Cocoa has the highest magnesium content of all foods. Magnesium is important for the heart and brain, for calming and relaxing nerves and muscles and for building bones and cartilage. Together with other active ingredients, cocoa is an ideal brain food and promotes mental alertness and concentration. Cocoa beans contain a combination of substances that have a positive effect on our mind and trigger feelings of well-being and joy. And cocoa is high in sulphur, which is important for strong nails, healthy hair and beautiful, soft skin. What is cocoa mass used for? Cocoa liquor is excellent for use in all chocolate recipes. Mix cocoa liquor into smoothies or add it to ice cream, fruit salad, muesli and desserts. Ideal in combination with cocoa butter for fine chocolate creations. Cacao powder Peru organic
Weight : 250g

Low-fat cocoa powder with 10-12% cocoa butter content (100% natural) Update:Due to the cocoa shortage, we do not receive 100% Criollo powder from our supplier. The new batch contains 70% Criollo cocoa (previously 100%). The remaining 30% are Forastero, Trinitario and Nacional. They are also high quality, certified organic and from Peru. This is whyour cocoa powder is temporarily called "Cocoa Powder Peru". In comparison, it has a slightly more intense flavour and is slightly bitter, but also very tasty. Why cocoa powder? Cocoa has all the benefits of chocolate, but without the undesirable high sugar content and additives. As a reminder: milk chocolate only has a cocoa content of around 25%. The rest is sugar, milk powder, soya lecithin (emulsifier) and flavourings. Effect of cocoa? Raw cocoa is very nutritious. It has been determined that raw cocoa contains around 300 substances. It also contains the happiness combination of serotonin, dopamine, anandamide and phenetylamine (PEA). Cocoa has the highest magnesium content of all foods, i.e. 314mg per 100g, which corresponds to 75% of the recommended daily intake. Magnesium is a component of bones and teeth, plays an important role in energy metabolism and is essential for normal muscle function and energy metabolism. Magnesium also plays a role in skeletal development and is important in the transmission of stimuli in the nervous system during muscle contraction. Origin of our cocoa powder? Our raw cocoa powder comes mainly from the Peruvian fine cocoa variety Criollo - one of the best fine cocoa varieties in the world - and has a delicious, full chocolate flavour. What makes our cocoa powder special? The Criollo variety tastes better and is less bitter than other cocoa varieties. This also reduces the need to balance out the bitter flavour with sweeteners. It is obtained from unroasted, merely fermented cocoa beans. Gentle processing at low temperatures optimally preserves both nutrients and flavour. Gentle processing for maximum flavour To produce the powder, the fermented, unroasted fine flavoured cocoa beans are first ground. The resulting dark brown, viscous cocoa mass is cold-pressed to form a cake, from which the liquid, golden-yellow cocoa butter slowly drains off. The remaining "cocoa press cake" is then dried, very finely ground and sieved. This process does not require any chemicals, additives or extraction solvents and produces a fine, soft powder with a full, wonderful chocolate flavour. The use of pesticides and synthetic fertilisers is also completely avoided. Food with a long tradition The cocoa bean is an impressive foodstuff given to us by Mother Nature. It was considered a gift from God by the Aztecs and was used not only as an offering but also as a means of payment. Tips for everyday use Mix cocoa powder into your muesli, smoothies, (hot) milk drinks and protein shakes. And of course, this cocoa powder is an excellent ingredient for delicious chocolate creations and desserts. Size variations We offer cocoa powder in 250g, 500g and 1kg bags as standard. Camelina oil organic
Camelina oil organic
Weight : 100ml Oelerei

Organic camelina oil, cold-pressed from Swiss camelina seeds Update: Naturkostbar has discontinued camelina oil. As an alternative, we have now added the oil from Oelerei Fehraltorf to our range. It is also made from Swiss organic camelina in raw food quality. This golden-yellow organic camelina oil is obtained from Swiss camelina seeds and pressed at temperatures below 30 degrees Celsius. To maintain the raw food quality, the producer uses a special water-cooled oil mill. Camelina oil is very rich (approx. 35%) in omega 3 fatty acids, also known as alpha-linolenic acid. In contrast to linseed oil, camelina oil has a much longer shelf life (becomes bitter much less quickly) and still has a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Use of camelina oil With its wonderful taste, which is reminiscent of peas, camelina oil is ideal for flavouring vegetable dishes, salads and dip sauces. Like most cold-pressed oils, this camelina oil is sensitive to heat and is therefore primarily suitable for use in cold dishes. Toxic compounds can form when heated to high temperatures, e.g. when frying. To preserve the quality of the oil for as long as possible, we recommend storing camelina oil in the refrigerator. Camu Camu powder organic

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Camu Camu powder organic
Weight : 100g

Camu Camu (100% natural) powder with 15% vitamin C content Why consume camu camu powder? Camu Camu contains 2-3g of vitamin C per 100g of fresh fruit and around 10-12g per 100g of dried powder. This may not seem like much compared to synthetic vitamin C supplements, but the vitamin C in camu camu is a naturally occurring, highly bioavailable form and works synergistically in the body to maximise its benefits The camu camu fruit has the highest documented natural vitamin C content of any food on earth Compared to oranges, Camu Camu provides 30-60 times more vitamin C, 10 times more iron, 3 times more niacin, twice as much riboflavin and 50% more phosphorus! We have found that Camu Camu energises, builds and improves mood. It helps us to stay active and in a good mood throughout the day. A pretty amazing effect for such a small berry We all know about the high health value of vitamin C, and since camu camu exists, we can completely do without artificial, synthetic forms. For people like us, who are always on the lookout for what nature has to offer, this is a blessing The berry is 100% natural and a powerful, highly concentrated food Due to its natural origin and in combination with other vitamins, minerals, bioflavonoids and amino acids, the vitamin C contained in camu camu is fully absorbed by the body, which is not the case with synthetic vitamin C What makes our camu camu powder special? SamaraNatura Camu Camu grows wild in the Peruvian Amazon. The berries are harvested directly in boats equipped with freezing systems. The boats travel along the waterways of the Amazon, where the fruit is picked and shock-frozen when fully ripe. The fruit is then thawed, peeled, liquefied and spray-dried in a processing plant The resulting powder is pale pink to yellow-brown in colour and contains powerful ingredients. We receive our camu camu in the form of a pure, unadulterated powder with an orange-light brown colour It takes around 15kg of berries to produce 1kg of powder, which contains 10-12 per cent vitamin C by weight. Therefore, you only need a small amount to get an effective dose of antioxidants Camu camu powder: frequently varying vitamin C content We would like to point out that the vitamin C content of camu camu powder varies greatly. For example, there are also camu camu powders with only 5-6% vitamin C. When making a comparison, pay attention to the vitamin C content, as the lower the content, the cheaper the product should be. Influence on the sustainable development of the Amazon basin We also like the fact that the growing popularity of camu camu contributes to the sustainable development of the Amazon basin and helps the locals to maintain their traditional lifestyle. How to use camu camu powder? Like other superfoods, camu camu is very easy to use. Simply mix the powder into your morning smoothie or an afternoon pick-me-up drink. Camu camu has quite an acidic flavour, although it does not have an acidifying effect on the body and is gentler on the stomach than synthetic ascorbic acid. It therefore tastes best when mixed with other ingredients. Add about a quarter to half a teaspoon (2-3g) to juices, smoothies, ice creams, raw desserts or simply in your drinking water. It's a great way to balance the sweetness of fruit smoothies and desserts. Tip: Camunade is a refreshing drink that gives you a good vitamin C boost. Simply sprinkle a teaspoon of Camu Camu into a glass of cold water (sparkling or still), add a squeeze of lime juice and some sweetener (e.g. agave or yacon syrup) and shake briefly. You can increase the daily amount if necessary (spread the intake throughout the day), but diarrhoea symptoms indicate an excessive intake of camu camu. Carob-Pulver und Schoten
Carob powder organic
Weight : 250g

Carob powder - from the pods of the carob tree Carob is a legume that grows on the carob tree, a wild, evergreen tree native to the Mediterranean, and has been used as a sweetener and nutritious natural snack for thousands of years. Carob was well known to the ancient Greeks, who spread the seeds of this plant in Greece and Italy. Why consume carob powder? People who don't know much about carob think it's a healthy version of (high-sugar, high-fat) chocolate, but it's so much more. We like to mix carob with raw cacao for a sweet and healthy treat, because cacao is high in magnesium and compared to cocoa, carob contains three times as much calcium, a third less calories and only 1% fat. Carob is naturally sweet and fewer sweeteners are needed when it is used in recipes. It has a low glycaemic index, is low in fat and exceptionally nutritious, rich in calcium, protein and fibre. What makes our carob powder special? Our organic carob powder from Spain is gently heated and ground for drying in order to preserve its flavour, colour and nutrients. Due to the drying process at well over 42° C, it is no longer raw food. Due to the different requirements, we offer carob powder in 2 different sizes: 250g and 500g. These can be selected at the top right under "Weight variants". Using carob in everyday life and for great recipes Use carob powder to sweeten dishes, in desserts, smoothies, sprinkled on your muesli, as an ingredient in raw chocolate and cakes as well as in quick and nutritious snacks. Tip: Hemp protein squares with carob and goji berries. Cedar Nut Oil organic cold-pressed

Cold-pressed organic cedar nut oil - the gold of the taiga The precious, amber-coloured cedar nut oil has been used throughout Russia for centuries. The flavour is pleasantly nutty. Why consume cedar nut oil? Siberian cedar nut oil is generally regarded as strengthening. In addition, various cosmetics in Russia contain cedar nut oil due to its beneficialproperties for maintaining healthy skin .Cedar nut oil is one of the few oils with a high vitamin E content (approx. 30 mg per 100 g). Vitamin E can help protect cells from oxidative stress. It contains over 26% monounsaturated fatty acids (monounsaturated fatty acids) and over 65% polyunsaturated fatty acids (polyunsaturated fatty acids). We regularly use cedar nut oil in cold dishes because we love the flavour and like to vary the oils a little. What makes Siberian cedar nut oil special? Due to the careful processing and cold pressing of the organic cedar nuts from the Altai Mountains in Siberia, many vital substances are retained. How to use cedar nut oil? The oil tastes particularly delicious with leaf or mixed salads, slightly warm dishes and raw food specialities. Take 1 teaspoon (3 ml) up to 3 times a day. Like most cold-pressed oils, heating significantly damages the quality. It should therefore only be used for cold to slightly warm dishes. Advice: Store in a cool, dry place away from light, as cedar nut oil is very sensitive to UV light. In particular, direct sunlight should be avoided. Store in the refrigerator after first opening. How is cedar nut oil produced? The organic cedar nuts are cold-pressed at regular intervals in Germany using stamp presses. Cedarnuts Organic
Weight : 250g

Cedar nuts from Siberia - a treasure of nature Cedar nuts taste similar to other pine nuts, but slightly sweeter and stronger. Unlike almost all commercially available pine nuts, our raw cedar nuts are not heat-treated. Why eat cedar nuts? Cedar nuts contain approx. 55% valuable unsaturated fatty acids, primarily linoleic and alpha-linolenic acid as well as the rare pinoleic/pinolenic acid. They are rich in tocopherols (vitamin E) as antioxidants as well as high-quality proteins (approx. 17%). They also contain many minerals (especially magnesium, potassium, phosphorus), trace elements (copper, manganese, zinc), vitamins (K and B) and flavonoids. For centuries, the inhabitants of Siberia have valued the widespread cedar (Pinus sibirica), a Swiss stone pine, not only as a source of valuable wood, but also for its tasty and highly nutritious seeds, which are found in the cedar cones. What makes our cedar nuts special? Almost all commercially available pine nuts are treated with heat to make them last longer. Our cedar nuts, on the other hand, are completely untreated, which preserves the broad spectrum of nutrients. Where do our cedar nuts come from? They come from the Lake Baikal region in Siberia and are harvested by hand. The Siberian pine is a true treasure of Siberian nature, forming vast areas of unspoilt forests throughout northern Russia. The huge, magnificent trees (up to 40 metres tall) grow slowly and the first cones with seeds only appear when the trees are around 30 years old. They are among the longest-lived tree species in existence, as they can live for 300 to 800 years! The evergreen cedar is a storehouse of cosmic light energy, capturing the energy rays from cosmic space in its millions of needles during its long life. Even thousands of years ago, ancient peoples valued the properties of the cedar tree, which they called "the eternal". The brushwood was used to prepare a vitamin drink, the resin was used to heal wounds and ulcers, and the seeds and their oil helped to survive the long, harsh winters in Siberia. How to use cedar nuts in everyday life? Cedar nuts taste delicious on their own as a snack or together with dried fruit and other nuts, goji berries and cocoa nibs. They can be sprinkled on salads and other dishes or added to mayonnaise, creams and milk. Cedar nuts add a certain elegance to your cooking. Cedar nuts and their oil are also very good for skin care and regeneration. We recommend keeping cedar nuts in the fridge after opening, especially in summer. Customer opinion on the product "I really like cedar nuts. I like to mix them with a little water and then create something sweet or savoury from them. Ceylon Cinnamon powder Organic
Ceylon Cinnamon powder Organic
Weight : 250g

Organic Ceylon cinnamon powder (100% natural) - premium quality you can taste This premium cinnamon powder from Sri Lanka, the original home of the cinnamon tree, is a fine and pure, particularly intensely flavoured cinnamon powder made from real Ceylon cinnamon! It is without doubt the tastiest and freshest cinnamon powder we have ever tasted. True cinnamon has been used by humans since at least 3000 BC and grows naturally in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India and Burma. Ceylon cinnamon came to Europe with the Portuguese navigator Vasco da Gama in 1502, which he brought back from Sri Lanka (Ceylon). Nowadays, it is more common to find the cassia cinnamon variety on the market, which comes from China, rather than the more aromatic true cinnamon. The flavour of the cinnamon tree comes primarily from cinnamon oil and other aromatic substances such as eugenol, which is also found in cloves. True cinnamon is not only used for flavouring, but also has other interesting applications (*1). Among other things, cinnamon is known to stimulate the appetite and aid digestion. It is also considered helpful for bacterial and fungal infections, inflammation and for lowering blood sugar. Cinnamon contains a very high antioxidant capacity of 131,420 µmol TE/100g (ORAC value = Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacit). Since we as a retailer are only allowed to make a few specific statements about the health effects of foods, we recommend that you research information about this product yourself on the Internet, e.g. at Zentrum der Gesundheit. Why we love organic Ceylon cinnamon powder We love this premium cinnamon powder because of its truly unique and particularly aromatic cinnamon scent and flavour, which is not only associated with childhood memories of heavenly cinnamon sugar. Coconut sugar with cinnamon even surpasses the flavour experience and is also a healthy alternative to white sugar! Applesauce with cinnamon is another classic. Recently, we have also been using cinnamon more and more often in our evening turmeric drink (Facebook/blog link) and in chocolate drinks, as well as in curry dishes and teas. The beneficial properties of cinnamon are a very welcome "side effect". SamaraNatura Cinnamon The aroma and flavour of this 100% pure Ceylon cinnamon are particularly intense and fresh, which is achieved through rapid processing and optimal conditions! This cinnamon comes from organic cultivation and fair trade from two local Fairtrade organisations with 2500 participating farmers. Thanks to the co-operation with Fairtrade, the farmers can earn a secure and independent living. The Fairtrade premium can be used to pay for projects such as clean drinking water, school materials for the children and educational projects. Chlorella Powder Taiwan Organic
Weight : 125g

Organic Chlorella Vulgaris Powder (100% natural) - The green miracle What is chlorella? Chlorella is a microscopically small, single-celled algae that occurs naturally in fresh water. It is the oldest form of plant life known to us that has a real cell nucleus. Chlorella has been used and revered as a powerful superfood in many traditional cultures. Why consume chlorella? Chlorella provides a veritable flood of nutrients for the body. Minerals, rare trace elements, vitamins (including vitamin D) and a broad spectrum of enzymes (including pepsin). Chlorella consists of 60% complete and easily digestible proteins. The plant also contains essential fatty acids, nucleic acids (DNA and RNA), which are important for cell regeneration, and secondary plant substances with disease-defence properties such as carotenoids, lutein, astaxanthin and others. Chlorella has the highest chlorophyll content of all known plants, four times as much as normal plants! Chlorophyll is also known as green plant blood, as its molecular composition hardly differs from human haemoglobin. Chlorophyll has antioxidant properties, purifies the blood and supplies it with oxygen. Chlorella is known as a valuable aid in protecting the body from environmental toxins and radiation. Its fibrous outer cell walls are able to bind and eliminate heavy metals (amalgam, cadmium, lead), pesticides, medicines and other toxins that accumulate in the body. It is therefore very important to drink plenty of water when taking chlorella. Because of its nutritional richness, chlorella is nature's ideal food. When taken together with spirulina, you have almost perfect ratios of the most important nutrients the body needs. Chlorella has been and continues to be the subject of intense research and this tiny, fantastic creature may yet be of great help with global and worrying problems such as cancer, nuclear disasters and environmental pollution, as well as nutritional issues and mental disorders. What makes our organic chlorella powder from Taiwan special? Our chlorella powder is 100% natural and additive-free. Our chlorella comes from an algae farm in southern Taiwan, which was the first to be recognised by the German organic farming association Naturland. The algae grow outdoors under intense sunlight in pure fresh water of drinking water quality. The cultivation of only strong, healthy strains of microalgae guarantees first-class quality. The microalgae are gently harvested at the time of highest nutrient density, then pre-centrifuged and spray-dried in seconds using a special process. The hard cell wall of chlorella is gently broken up using a vacuum process to make it easier to digest. What makes chlorella unique? Chlorella can quadruple in quantity every 20 hours, and no other plant on earth can do that! This is due to the so-called Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF), a complex of many substances in very small quantities, including RNA, DNA, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, the exact properties of which have not yet been identified. However, laboratory tests have shown that the addition of CGF stimulates growth processes by increasing the growth of beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacillus by up to 400%. Because chlorella has a perfect single reproductive cell, it is more advanced than the other more common green microalgae. This is why its DNA / RNA is said to be of better quality. Nucleic acids are important for cell regeneration and support the production of new tissue. How to use chlorella powder? Chlorella can be taken in tablet form or as a powder. The tablets are easier to take, but their quality can be affected by the possible use of binding agents and heating during manufacture (not applicable to our tablets). Powdered chlorella can be mixed into vegetable and fruit juices or smoothies. It adds a rich, thick texture to any liquid. Chlorella powder can also be added to foods such as cream cheese, mayonnaise, ice cream, pasta and rice to enhance flavour and nutritional value. As it contains growth-promoting substances, it can also be a valuable ingredient for bread and fermented drinks. Recommended dosages: Start with 400 mg per day and slowly take more as your body acclimatises to chlorella. Children and beginners: 400 mg - 3 g per day Adults: 5 - 6 g per day For detoxification: 20 - 25 g per day (drink plenty of water!) For severe health problems, a higher dose of up to 30 g per day may be necessary until health improves. Chlorella can generally be taken safely in high doses. Under normal conditions, we recommend the regular intake of chlorella together with spirulina in a ratio of 1:2 (5g chlorella + 10g spirulina). This provides the body with all the necessary nutrients in a balanced way. Some effects of chlorella are immediately noticeable, e.g. the improvement in bad breath, but it can take 3-6 months for chlorella's nourishing powers to fully unfold. Classic Pralinen Naturkostbar Bio

Classic chocolates from Naturkostbar - handmade in Switzerland Only the best organic ingredients are used for these handmade chocolates. Delicate, stone-ground cashew butter, unroasted cocoa from Peru and coconut blossom sugar melt together in these classic pralines to create a unique treat. The maca powder and bourbon vanilla refine the delicacy perfectly. Naturkostbar produces the fine Classic chocolates traditionally and lovingly by hand in its factory in Uetendorf. Selected, organic ingredients (almost all of which are of raw food quality) are used. Wherever possible, the raw materials are purchased directly from the producers in the country of origin. The processing is also unique. The unroasted cocoa beans are sorted by hand and then carefully processed in a stone mill. This takes several hours to produce a tempting filling and the delicate chocolate that coats the praline. Note: A white coating on the pralines is a natural fat bloom and can occur due to temperature fluctuations. It does not affect the quality. The pralines are made from 100% natural ingredients and no lecithins are used. Optimum storage at 18°C. Coconut blossom sugar organic
Weight : 500g

Coconut blossom sugar 100% natural in high fineness The sugar with a caramel flavour Coconut blossom sugar has a wonderful, caramel-like flavour and is obtained from the flower nectar of coconut palms. It is a better, mineral-rich alternative to cane sugar, containing lots of potassium, magnesium, zinc and iron. It is also a good source of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and C and amino acids (especially glutamic acid). Its low glycaemic index (GI=35) ensures a slow release of energy. Coconut blossom sugar is therefore a sweetener suitable for everyone. Our organic coconut sugar consists of 100% coconut nectar from the palm species Coco Nucifera. A suitable sweetener for the health-conscious consumer. Why buy coconut blossom sugar? SamaraNatura coconut blossom sugar tastes similar to brown sugar, but better! It has a rich, sugary-sweet caramel flavour and many chefs appreciate how coconut sugar enhances their culinary dishes and makes them tastier. Compared to other sweeteners, coconut blossom sugar has a much lower glycaemic index. This means that it releases its energy more slowly and avoids the usual sugar highs and lows of normal sugar in the body. What we particularly appreciate is that this sweetener is one of the few truly sustainable foods in the world! In terms of humanity, the environment and health, coconut blossom sugar has extraordinary benefits in every respect. It lifts communities out of poverty, provides much-needed nutrients to the body in a way that often does the opposite (as a sweetener), and helps preserve fragile tropical rainforests. In fact, it helps restore the ecological balance of degraded areas. What makes our xylitol birch sugar special? Our coconut blossom sugar is 100% natural, organic, unbleached and free from additives and artificial flavourings. It consists only of the nectar of coconut palms and is not mixed with other palm sugars, which would compromise its exquisite quality. Our coconut sugar is a sustainable product and supports local communities and families in Indonesia. Some palm sugars on the market are also blended with cane sugar and other malt-based ingredients. SamaraNatura coconut sugar is pure palm sugar made from 100% coconut nectar from the Coco Nucifera species. Incidentally, coconut palm sugar is not obtained from the palm species used for the production of palm oil. Our granulated coconut palm nectar is not raw, i.e. processed at temperatures above 42°C. We prefer a higher quality and offer sieved coconut blossom sugar with a higher fineness (Mesh 30). This means that the sugar grains are smaller and finer than other palm sugar (mesh 18) on the market. Consumption recommendations Coconut blossom sugar melts very easily in hot and cold drinks. The sweetener is delicious in desserts, smoothies and pastries. A small spoonful of our rich coconut sugar is a healthy treat that satisfies cravings and provides instant energy. Coconut sugar can be used like brown sugar in a 1:1 ratio. Xylitol birch sugar: the alternative or supplement to coconut blossom sugar Xylitol is a sugar substitute and has the same sweetening power as white sugar, has no taste of its own, is low in calories (40% fewer calories and 75% fewer carbohydrates) and has a very low glycaemic index (approx. 11 | compared to sugar of approx. 70). It also helps to prevent plaque and tooth decay. Xylitol looks and tastes like sugar and can therefore be used 1:1 like normal sugar, in hot and cold drinks, cakes and desserts. Coconut oil organic
Weight : 500ml

Virgin coconut oil - the valuable all-round product Update: Our SamaraNatura coconut oil is unfortunately sold out. To bridge the gap (until the new batch arrives) we are offering coconut oil from Dr Goerg and Naturkostbar. Why buy organic coconut oil? Natural, aromatic flavour Use in the kitchen and for body care High heat stability For weight loss support The wholesome coconut oil with its naturally fragrant, mildly aromatic flavour is a must in the kitchen! A major advantage of coconut oil over other oils is that it is very heat-stable. This makes it ideal for cooking, frying and baking. It also has a long shelf life. Coconut fat does not make you fat and is even said to help you lose weight, as it is immediately converted into energy by the body. The special saturated fatty acids in coconut (so-called MCT fats) - and in particular the high lauric acid content - are of great nutritional benefit. Breast milk also consists largely of these medium-chain fatty acids, which themselves do not contain cholesterol, but promote the production of healthy, vascular-protective HDL cholesterol. Coconut oil also has valuable properties for cosmetics. Coconut oil nourishes and moisturises the skin and hair, promotes well-being, a beautiful appearance and a vital radiance. This is also recognised in Asia, where coconut oil has been used for centuries as a rich source of nutrition, beauty and care products. What makes our coconut oil special? Extraction from fresh fruit flesh Organic certification Gentle processing Coconut palms are ancient cultivated plants and have been cultivated for at least 3000 years. With coconut oil, it is particularly important to pay attention to the quality of the product, as many commercially available coconut fats are industrially hardened and deodorised. For our virgin coconut oil, the flesh of freshly harvested organic coconuts is gently dried for one to two days and then cold-pressed. The result is a coconut oil with a subtle coconut flavour. The coconut oil is certified organic, unbleached, not deodorised and without any additives. The unhydrogenated, unrefined "Virgin Coconut Oil" impresses with its excellent properties and particularly high content of valuable lauric acid. Both sizes (500ml and 1 litre) are filled in a practical, resealable white jar. This can later be used as a storage jar for powders, nuts and much more. Where does our coconut oil come from? The current batch comes from the Philippines. Tips for use: In the kitchen and for body care You can use the oil, which acquires a solid consistency in the fridge, as a butter substitute, spread or for salad dressings, for example. However, due to its fatty acid structure, it can also be used for frying at high temperatures and gives sauces, Asian dishes and other dishes a subtly exotic flavour. Very tasty in desserts and homemade chocolates. Insider tip: A teaspoon of warm coconut oil poured over ice cream. Used as a hair treatment or conditioner, it makes brittle hair supple and shiny. Massage coconut oil into dry hair, leave on for 10-15 minutes and then wash out with a mild shampoo. Coconut oil has a solid consistency at room temperature and begins to melt and turn into oil at around 25 degrees.
